WELCOME TO GONE SKI INN │ Hosted by Olcha Property Management
Gone Ski Inn is a spectacular 5-bedroom home located in the Nordic Village area of lower Deer Valley. It sits less than 1 mile from the Deer Valley Resort Snow Park base and a 5-minute walk to the city-wide bus system. In the summer, it's a 10-12 minute sidewalk stroll or easy bike ride to the base for summer activities like concerts at the Deer Valley Amphitheater. Our on-call shuttle service picks up at our front door and transfer our guests to and from the base of Deer Valley Resort... no parking hassles or long walks with ski equipment (ski-season only).

MAIN LEVEL │ The open layout includes a large vaulted great room complete with fireplace, 75" Smart 4KHD TV, Bose soundbar and 12 foot shuffleboard. The dining table accommodates 12, additional seating for 4 at the kitchen breakfast bar and 4 more in the conversation nook just off the kitchen. This nook is the ideal spot for morning coffee or an afternoon après ski cocktail. The over-sized, well-stocked kitchen provides ample room to prepare big family meals and entertain guests.

MAIN LEVEL OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE │ The oversized hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a big day on the slopes. In the summer months, the outdoor living area offers sectional seating surrounding a gas-operated fire pit and an outdoor dining table, all overlooking the most spacious backyard in lower Deer Valley. This green space is ideal for outdoor entertainment like corn-hole, bocce ball, croquet and more.

UPPER LEVEL │ The open loft overlooking the great room is just the spot to cozy up with a book and serves as additional sleeping space with a full sleeper sofa as needed. There are 3 bedrooms on this level including the master suite and 2 queen rooms. The master is quite roomy with amazing views of the surrounding mountain range. All bedrooms on this level have en suite bathrooms.

LOWER LEVEL │ The lower level offers a second living area, ideal for entertaining kids and guests with a 55" smart TV and full size pool table. There are 2 bedrooms on this level – a king room with an en suite bathroom and a bunk room with a twin over queen bunk that sleeps 3.

SKI STORAGE & MUDROOM │ Start and finish the ski day in the heated garage. Complete with ski storage corral, custom boot drying system and ample room for ski prep. From the garage, step into the interior mudroom with convenient storage for street shoes and outerwear.

Family Vacation

My wife and I have four adult children. We are rarely able to get everyone together as we get older. The home was perfect for us with a couple of their significant others. It was exactly as advertised, with a great kitchen with everything a cook could need and a large deck that encouraged Dad to grill almost every night with a comfortable outside sitting area. The beds were extremely comfortable after hiking and fly fishing days. We loved our vacation.

Great place for a family birthday

We had 3 generations staying at this property. The big appeals were proximity to the Park City core; large kitchen and dining table; the large yard; the deck seating, dining, fire pit and hot tub; the layout and number of beds/baths. We experienced both unusually warm and unusually cool temperatures for June, and appreciated the ceiling fans in the top floor bedrooms as well as extra blankets. Great house and easy to work with property manager.

Deer Valley Ski Holiday Ski Trip

This house was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was as described and the pictures don’t adequately show how beautiful it is. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat and gather together. The bedrooms and living spaces were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend. The rental company was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Stunning home

Jodi’s home was just beautiful! It was very well stocked with all possible kitchen essentials, which was very helpful. Having 2 dishwashers was also helpful with a big group. The layout works really well for large groups as well, with three bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and with multiple living room areas. We didn’t need it, but there’s also a nice pull out couch on the upper floor landing. The owner went above and beyond and overnighted us pack-n-play sheets when the ones in the house were too small. It snowed a lot while we were there, and the snow removal team was super fast and appeared in the mornings. Also, the proximity to the Snow Park Lodge and convenience of the shuttle service was really a huge highlight! We never had to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle even during a busy week, and when traffic stopped in a heavy snow storm, we walked back (which wasn’t planned but was nice that it was poassible). We had 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 7 and under) in our group and everyone loved their stay!

Park City Beautiful Mountain Home

This beautiful and specious home accommodated my family very well. I loved the open spaces of the Kitchen, nook, dining and living. The kitchen is well stock and with its huge counter and amazing views, it was a pleasure to cook in. My grandkids loved the backyard and enjoyed building a snowman. The young adults enjoyed the entertainment this home offered. The Monopoly game was a hit, and the internet was great. Overall, it was a great home to spend a week away from home. We will stay here again. :)

Wonderful family destination!

Gone Ski Inn was a perfect home base for our Labor Day bi-annual family get-together. Beautiful home with great spaces for our group of 10 which included 7 adults ages 33-69 and 3 kiddos ages 4-11. The home was very clean and very well-maintained. The local owner and the caretaker were both very responsive; there was only one small issue during our stay (microwave) and it was remedied quickly by the caretaker. The wonderful amenities of a large hot tub, pool table and shuffleboard were definitely enjoyed during our down times at the home. A bonus amenity was a moose grazing in the yard across the street one evening!! We would definitely return for another visit.

Family Trip July 16-22

The home was very comfortable and clean. Owner and on site management were responsive on one really minor situation/request and was resolved immediately. Outside area was where we enjoyed most our time. Definitely would stay there again.

4th of July in PC/Deer Valley

Group of 6 adults and 5 children (5,4,3,1,9 mos). We really enjoyed our stay. Great kitchen and amenities. Good location. Really nice to have yard. Nice deck.

Great ski trip

We had a great time in park city at Gone Ski Inn. Very well located close to restaurants and different activities. The house was clean and well appointed and it was very easy to communicate with the property manager. Definitely no complaints about the property and we will look to return.

Thanksgiving family vacation

We had a great time in the house. We had lots of space where everyone could be together or have some away time.:) Kids and adults loved the pool table and shuffle board and the outdoor hot Tub was great after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic House - checks all the boxes!

This was a GREAT house! Beautiful and wonderfully appointed! Great combo of huge, happy living spaces which accommodated our 11 adult group PERFECTLY and nice private spaces! Great outdoors and indoors spaces... Kitchen is a DREAM - by FAR the best equipped we have experienced! Location was very convenient to transit system and the walks were beautiful. Would recommend 100% to anyone and may even be booking a SECOND STAY - it was INCREDIBLE!
