8 Cottage Court is a great rental home located in the Palmetto Dunes community on Hilton Head Island. With plenty of room for two families, featuring two master bedrooms, a spacious living area and great location, this vacation rental is perfect for your next vacation. As you walk up to the front door, the expansive covered porch greets you with 4 rocking chairs and 2 side tables to enjoy the balmy Hilton Head breezes year round.

Upon entering the home guests will see the living room that has a 60" SMART TV and is a comfortable, inviting space for relaxing. There is also a wet bar located in this area, along with access to the covered porch. To the right you will find the dining room area with a table that seats 8. The kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, is also located on the right hand side of the home and has a breakfast bar open to the living room with seating for 3. The eat in kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary dishes, cookware and accessories and has a round table with 4 chairs.

One of the master bedrooms is located on the right hand side of the home and has a King size bed with a patio door that leads out to the covered porch and down to the pool. This bedroom has a private bath with separate shower and large soaking tub and vanity with 2 sinks. There is also a 30" TV and ceiling fan for your convenience.

On the left hand side of the home you will find 2 bedrooms. The master king bedroom, complete with 43" SMART TV & ceiling fan also has a private bath with large soaking tub & separate shower. A small step out balcony provides views to the pool and lagoon. The third bedroom is located at the front of the house off of the entry down a private hallway. It also has a King bed, 26" SAMRT TV and has direct access to the 3rd full bathroom with shower only and large vanity. The laundry room is also located off of this hallway with a full size HE washer and dryer.

The 4th and 5th bedrooms are upstairs (16 steps) off of the private loft/office area. One large bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted 24" SMART TV and all new furniture. The other is a large nautical themed room with 2 trundle beds which sleeps 4. The room has a large picturesque window overlooking the views of the front yard. This room also has a wall mounted 24" SMART TV. These two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combination and double vanity.

The spacious covered porch off of the living room at the back of the home provides views of the lagoon & pool. A few steps down takes you to the pool area, with chaise lounges and chairs along with a gas grill. The covered back porch off of the LR has all new furniture with plenty of seating for dining or lounging. One dining table seats 7. There is a Pub-style table that seats 2 and there is a chat table that seats 4. Plenty of room for everyone to be together and still have your space!

This home is located on a cul-de-sac and is very private and quiet. The home overlooks Palmetto Dune`s famous 11-mile lagoon and has a private pool for your enjoyment. 8 Cottage Court is just a short walk to the beach on Hilton Head. The pool deck features 4 new adjustable, mesh chaise lounges, 2 adjustable, mesh chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs, for your absolute comfort and enjoyment.
