This fantastic nonsmoking, pet free, Hilton Head home offers wonderful water views that extend from the back yard and wrap around the left side of the house. Beautifully and professionally decorated with spacious rooms, high ceilings, paddle fans and wood flooring throughout.
The first floor offers a beautiful formal dining room with a long wood table that seats ten. The dining room opens up to the spacious living room with a fireplace surrounded by floor to ceiling 20 foot windows, as well as three glass-pained doors that lead out to the screened in porch.
The living room is furnished with two couches, a chair with an ottoman, 47 inch HD TV w streaming For those rainy days we have equipped the house with 7 HD flat screens and streaming options.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, granite counter tops, five burner bosch cook top on the island with four bar stools, and dinning table that seats eight with lagoon view and entrance to the back yard and gas grill. There is a half bath on the first floor.
The lower level pool room offers a great get away for kids and adults. The screened out door living space provides soft seating with 47 inch HD flat screen (w streaming app) soft seating, granite counter top bar area with 6 stools, second frig with ice maker (which every house needs) and the pool table. The room opens to the pool deck and offers lagoon views.

There is a first floor King Master Bedroom with exceptional large bathroom with double vanity, walk in closet, jetted tub, stand up shower. The toilet and the bidet are located in master bathroom with door for privacy from the rest of the bathroom. This master bedroom over looks the water with incredible views.
The second floor master bedroom has a king bed, armoire with TV (streaming apps) and DVD and lagoon views. There is a private bathroom which features marble vanity tops, porcelain tub, and a separate walk in shower with glass door.
The Third bedroom with a lagoon view has a queen bed, TV (streaming apps) and shares a bath with the Forth bedroom which has two full beds and TV w streaming apps, 2 twins stored under full beds for additional beds for kids). The Fifth bedroom has trundle beds (can be combined into a king) and a large TV w streaming apps. There is another full bath in the hall. The house has 1 porta crib and a high chair in the walk in closet. The second floor features a landing with a leather sofa which overlooks the living room.
The screened porch with paddle fans and wonderful lagoon views can be accessed from the first floor master bedroom or one of the three double patio doors off the living room. The porch is spacious with a large dinning table with seating for 6, rocking chairs and soft seating for relaxation.
Steps take you down to the sundeck, which features lounge chairs. Another set of steps lead you down to the pool (heating optional) gorgeous lagoon views, lounge chairs, and patio table and chairs adorn pool deck and yard. You can relax on our private dock admiring the beautiful water views.
For more fun and adventure enjoy the Palmetto Dunes premier tennis/pickle ball courts, (additional fee), 3 kayaks (one double) with life jackets, 6-10 adult bikes, double wagon, large cooler, foosball table and ping pong table in the garage. This is an unbelievable house. Not only is the interior spectacular but the
outside backyard is incredible, with unmatchable privacy and views. We have a private dock for easy launching of the 3 kayaks.
It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach, over the lagoon and through the Omni Hotel. The Omni caters to the beach lovers with island music and island café open to the public. Guests can also drive (or use the free Dune Buggy shuttle) around the corner to the Disney beach access which has outside snack bar, showers and restrooms, and chair and umbrella rentals.
