On the beach! Top floor 3bd/2ba, Heated Pool, Saunas, Tennis Crt, Secured Build

The unit has recently been renovated. Rare 3-bedroom/2-bathroom oceanfront secured entry condo with our own private beach! Being on the top floor, you have spectacular ocean views from the balcony, master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The master room and living room have floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the ocean view. You can feel the fresh ocean breeze, listen to ocean waves, watch the sunrise and enjoy your coffee from the comfort of the master room’s bed. Also, with being on top floor, you can see birds fly pass your balcony. The walkway and guest rooms have amazing views of the city (fireworks on July 4th) and the sunset daily. We are a family of six and we wanted to make sure our vacation stay is fully equipped with all that we need to make our stay enjoyable. This is our new and only vacation home. We are listing this for the very first time (February 2019). BEACH/AMENITIES: Our beach is not crowded thru out the year. You can swim, beach fishing, surf, collect shells and on good days, you can see dolphins from shores or balcony. The beach allows bonfire; you just need to sign-up for fire permit and schedule bonfire in advance. We also have a heated pool, beach shower/facet for rinsing off sands, clubhouse, tennis court and saunas (separate men & women). It is an upscale “MONTHLY ONLY” rental. SECURITY: For security, we have countertop security cameras which guest should unplug upon arrival. All this information are in your check-in instructions along with the wi-fi password. We will also text you (within 10 minutes upon arrival) to remind you if you forget. LOCATION: The condo is 1-hour drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Disney parks, and less than 1-hour to Kennedy Space Center for rocket launches. You can also see the rocket launches and hear the sonic boom from the beach if you prefer not to drive. Across the street, there is a shopping plaza with Publix (large grocery store), movie theater, McDonald, Dunkin Donut, Chinese take-out, Walgreen, Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, restaurants and more. Enjoy the many nice restaurants along A1A when dining out. KITCHEN: The kitchen is renovated with granite countertop and new cabinets. It is fully equipped with all major appliances in addition to the smaller appliances such as the blender, oven toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, tools for BBQ (gas grill is downstairs next to clubhouse), and more. There is also a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. FURNISH: We stocked the closets with extra linens, comforters, fleece blankets, towels, beach tools and beach supplies (folding chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys, etc.). Since this is a new place, the furnishing is new (chase, sofa, chair, beds, mattresses, etc.). We have multiple TVs, cable channels, Internet, Wi-Fi, Google Home, living room TV is 60-inch HD 1080p with option for you to broadcast pictures/movie from your phone to TV, and Ring doorbell for security. ROOMS/ACCOMMODATION: 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 beds, and airbeds. Sleeps 6-8. All beds are thick pure memory foam; no spring. One King, two Twin XL & one Full bed, and a few tall queen airbeds. All new beds and mattresses. Each room has charging stations for all your electronics.
