Four stools hug the bar lining the kitchen; this is a great place to munch on cookies, while waiting on a fresh pot of coffee to brew. A breakfast nook flows from the breakfast bar and offers an additional glass tabletop with 4 sleek chairs. Conveniently located behind the nook sits a dry bar; the perfect place with plenty of space to house hor d’oeuvres when guests visit.

The living room features a 3- piece seating group for your movie night viewing pleasure on the flat screen mounted TV/DVD combo. Sliding glass doors from the living room leads to screened in sun-room offering tropical motif and equipped with a wicker sofa, 4 chairs, a flat screen TV, and dining table with six matching chairs. Views of Shipyard Golf Course will make this the family’s favorite space to hang!

For added convenience, there is a laundry room with washer and dryer along with additional storage space for luggage.
