Completamente Renovado 5BR / 5BA House em Condomínio Fechado em Hilton Head Island

Beautiful 5 bed/5 bath house in a gated community. Brand new resort style private pool and spa in the backyard (additional charge to heat pool and/or spa). The pool has every feature you would want including tanning ledge with bubblers and loungers, in water bar stools, basketball hoop and multiple fountains. The expansive patio has a brand new covered pergola with a large TV for the ultimate outdoor experience along with a BBQ island with built in gas grill and fridge. Great for families with small children as it includes a child privacy fence and door alerts every time a door to the patio opens. The house is a short 5-10 minute drive to multiple beaches as well as access to Port Royal Sound on the Intracoastal Waterway, including Pine Island with a brand new boardwalk and walking path along the beach.

Upon entry, the house opens to a large living room and dining room. The living room is equipped with a 70" TV with cable and Apple TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, brand new quartz countertops and seating for 12.

The house includes 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom also has a king bed and the 4th bedroom has a queen. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. All bedrooms (except the bunk room) have a TV in the room with cable access and Roku TV. One of the master bedrooms has a toddler bed and there is a pack-n-play available for use.

The house includes everything you would need for fun in the sun including 10 beach chairs, an umbrella, rolling cooler and 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach. There are also 3 bikes to utilize the many bike trails throughout the plantation and island.

***The house has cameras on the exterior of the house for safety purposes. Part of the camera coverage is on the back patio including the pool/spa area. The cameras are required by our homeowners insurance to cover liability issues. The footage will only be viewed if there are any issues/incidents at the property***

The stay was awesome as usual! This is the 3rd year we stayed at this property. It has everything! The entire family was very sad to leave after the week! The communication with the host is the best!! We will be back next year for sure.

We had 9 of us from 70 to 7 mos stay for a week and after 6 hrs the family decided they wanted to come back next yr. Communication was great Had a minor issue and property mgr was there in 10 min to fix. Pool was probably the biggest hit

Annual golf trip

Nice property! Lots of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Weather was too cool for the pool, but it was a lovely back yard!

Thanksgiving Week

The property as always has everything you need. The pool is always the best for swimming and family volleyball. We have been to this property 4 or 5 times and always look forward to coming back next time!!

Outstanding experience.

Truly a hidden gem. Rich the property manager and Alec the owner were very responsive and accommodating. the house is large and well stocked, and the pool is incredible. we cannot wait to return for the next trip to stay here!

Ideal Vacation Home

This home was the ideal spot for our family of 7 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. We all had our own bedroom and a private full bath which is so hard to find for a group our size. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! The house was exceptionally clean and the pool was a daily jackpot.

No need to leave!

This property had everything you needed, and even more than you could want. The details, space and amenities at this home exceeded our expectations. Great for a family vacation! The home offered both privacy as well as spacious living areas to congregate. The POOL was amazing! Great time was had by all...five stars for both accomodations as well as service. The owner and property manager were both highly responsive. North end location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving Week

This property is amazing. The house is stocked with anything you can imagine. There were bikes, beach towels, the pool was amazing and the entertainment system is state of the art!! we had a great stay. We all wanted to stay longer. We have been going on family vacations to HH for over 10 years. This house rated #1 on our list. We are considering renting again in August if there is a week available before kids go back to school!! Thank you very much!!

Better than the photos!

Accurately described! Our group was beyond impressed, both indoor and outdoor areas were excellent for entertaining and relaxing. Perfect Hilton Head home. We were there for my son’s graduation from Marine Corps boot camp and it was about 50-55 mins to Parris Island!

Everything we were hoping for... and more!!

We booked our family vacation to celebrate our Dad's milestone birthday. Heron House exceeded our expectations in every way. Alec was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. The house is private, spacious, well equipped, extremely comfortable and conveniently located to all area shops and restaurants. And the pool and spa were spectacular! While we enjoyed a few days at the beautiful local beach, most days we unanimously chose to stay at the house to enjoy the pool. It was an ideal family vacation... truly relaxing!! We will definitely return to Hilton Head and we would definitely book this home again!!

Family Vacay

We loved our stay at the Heron House. The house was well depicted from pictures on VRBO. I chose this house for the number of bedrooms, but primarily for the pool and it being well protected with a fence. We had our young grand children with us and safety with the pool area was a must. The home owner was very responsive and cordial in providing us with anything we needed! Would certainly recommend to to all!

Relaxing vacation with family

This is an exceptional house and location. Although it's an older home, it is very well maintained, and it has modern amenities. The host thought of every detail (i.e., TV remote and local attraction guides) which made our stay relaxing, memorable and stress free. The pool and patio are the icing on the cake:) Definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful Home for the Whole Family

Amazing! Best Vacation Ever

This house was fantastic. It is even better in person than the pictures. We had two families with four kids total between 3-8 and it was a wonderful family house. You couldn't beat the pool with pool toys and the toys in the house were a wonderful addition as well. Alec was extremely responsive. The neighborhood was beautiful and we loved scootering and biking through the streets. It was about 6 minutes to the beach and only a mile away from the grocery store (with a starbucks!). I can see why this place has all 5 stars - don't hesitate- book now! We will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation home. We hope to return again.

Amaaaazing home. Exactly as described and pictured, but shines and comes alive in person The bedrooms, each with private full bathroom, were spacious and comfortable. The living area was comfortable for a large group but still feels cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The extra living room “within” the kitchen was a favorite. Every room had a large TV, and access to everything via Roku and AppleTV, with easy instructions for it all. The 5 bikes were in great shape and easy for adult/teens, with 3 of them well sized for older kids. The pool was magnificent - warm, stunning and perfect- a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood in Hilton Head Plantation is a quiet one, dark at night (no street lights), and private. Great for peaceful evenings hearing the wind and birds. There’s plenty of stores, restaurants, etc right on Main St in the community, within 5 minutes. Otherwise, getting to other Hilton Head activities is a quick 10- 20 min drive. The owner was great, with super detailed instructions throughout the house, and almost immediate responses to our rare questions. Thanks!

We had a blast

Everything was great. Beautifully appointed. Great common spaces and eating areas. Ample dishwashing/washing machine soaps. Bring your bar or Bath soaps. Extra sets of bathroom towels would have been welcome. Plenty of beach towels.
