Come enjoy all the amenities of home in this bright family beach house with only a short walk to private beach access, crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. Complete with an outdoor patio space and fire pit to enjoy your evenings together.

Your family will love all the accommodations that Beach Blessings has to offer! Beach Blessings has a wonderful full kitchen with stainless steel appliances where you can either prepare a full meal or a simple beach picnic!

Beach Blessings can sleep 12 people with a King size bed and a twin day bed with pull out trundle in the master suite, two Queen size beds in two of the bedrooms, and a bunk room with three twin beds and one full. The bedrooms and living room are also equipped with a TV and WiFi access.

A golf cart is available for an additional fee based upon length of stay. The golf cart is a 6 person electric cart. Please message us for availability and rates.

Not only is Beach Blessings a short walk from the beach, it is also close to other popular attractions! Pick from hundreds of delicious restaurants, such as Captain Daves on the Gulf, or do some shopping at the trendy and fun Destin Commons!

Absolutely Perfect

We had the best trip! The house is as advertised and beautifully maintained. They had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to the private beach access. The property owner was easy to reach if we had questions and our teen girls loved the bunk room! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place to stay!!

Our stay at Beach Blessings was one to remember! The house was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space for all of us. The property managers were quick to respond when we had a question. The walk to the beach was not far (about 8 minutes), and we loved the pickleball courts in the neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and neighborhood but a bit of a walk for older people. I would like to recommend more than 1 bath towel per person when staying a week! And the bed on first floor really needs replaced. I felt very safe there and the people in the neighborhood were very friendly. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room!

Great place

Nice area with a short walk to a private beach. The house was great however they need to fix the cooktop because 1 burner does not work. They could use a few more cooking items like knives and utensils.

Grear stay

House was nice. Had a few problems with HVAC but was fixed the next day. The property had a golf cart and was great for getting to the beach. I would recommend this house!

Great location and Comfort

We had 10 people in our group and the house was large enough. A short walk to the pool and a short walk to the beach. But I definitely reccommend renting the golf cart. There was a maintenance issue with the air conditioning and maintenance was sent roght away. We would rent again

Beautiful home and location

We loved this property! The neighborhood was beautiful and everyone was so friendly. We chatted with several in passing, and it was such a great area to stay in for families. The beach was just a short distance and an easy walk. If you are a family who likes to cook a lot of your meals, you may want to bring an extra pan or two to cook with. We enjoy dining in, and we had slim pickings with cookware. Other than that, this house was absolutely perfect! We will definitely consider renting here again!

Property accommodated our family well. Pool & beach are a short walk. Overall property cleanliness & condition need some attention, but are adequate. Main microphone doesn't work & some light bulbs are burned out. Some patio furniture is in poor condition. The antigravity chair is unsafe to use due to broken support straps.

Perfect place for our family trip

House was absolutely perfect. It was my family and my brother's family. The coffee bar/icebox in the master suite is genius. I get up super early and was worried about waking others up in the house. With the coffee maker righ there was no waking others. There was a hiccup and when we reached out to Ryan he was on top of it and got it taken care. We used the grill several times and we adults were all very happy about not having to use charcoal or having to go trade in tanks. We are already planning for next year.

Great house!

This was a great house in a great location. More like a 5-6 minute walk to beach, unlike what others stated about 2-3 minutes, but it was an easy walk. We had some difficulty with the property management company, but the owner was easy to contact. Our only other negatives were that the master bathroom toilet was clogged often- which is Most likely why there There was a plunger in there- not what you want to do on vacation though. Also, Two of the upstairs Bedrooms were very bright in the early morning, so curtains might be nice for that East side of the house bedrooms. However, we would stay there again without hesitation! We had a great trip!

Just as described. Made for a wonderful family vacation!

Plenty of room, beautifully decorated home. Nicer than we anticipated. I would have liked to have been just a tad closer walk to the beach for my elderly mother or access to a golf cart but she just enjoyed staying at the house and hanging out with us when we were there. Gas grill needs a good cleaning as it cooked unevenly and inside stove needs new electric starter (had to use matches to light) but really not a big deal. We would stay here again. Loved the quiet neighborhood and realized HOW important “private beach access” meant!! Thank you! Oh, and if you want key lime pie, nice nice lady right in the neighborhood makes them fresh from her home. Look up Andreas key lime Pies

Great location

Beautiful home and great space to spend time relaxing with family. The distance to the beach was a great, short walk. There were issues with codes to enter beach, etc not working, and rude residents refusing to help/accusing us of using the wrong gate; however management was quick to respond and get different codes. The house was nice, however, cleaning crew seemed to slack a bit. Floor was dirty, under beds had sand/dirt/dust, and we found sand in “clean” beds. We noticed the outside trash bins were full when we arrived, but were unsure of when trash pick up actually occurred, so as we left trash bins were even more full. We would stay again, as we enjoyed our time.

Spring break

We drove down from Ohio to Destin for spring break and we were so happy with our stay at Beach Blessings! It was even better than the listing described! Our family had plenty of room to spread out here, and the back yard was a great space for the dogs too. YouTube TV in all the rooms. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and there is a second fridge/freezer in the garage. I would recommend bringing your own spices if you are planning to cook. We rented the golf cart which made getting around fun and easy. The pool is a nice size for the kids to play, and we enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts. Previous renters have left some beach toys but I also recommend bringing your own chairs/umbrellas or renting at the beach. We will definitely be coming back in the future!!

Could have been better

Property is not being maintained as well as it should. One toilet was dirty and the shower head didn't work. The hot water was unreliable. Not enough paper products and one trash bag, really?

Best stay ever

House was beautiful outside and inside. Upto date appliances and gas stove! Lovely furnished and stylish decorated rooms with taste. Felt like home. The manager was thoughtful and helpful in all ways. She made us feel like we were staying at a loved ones home, not like Ocean reef properties where you are just a number. I will rent from her again.

Great property, location, not very clean

We loved the house, it had plenty of space for us, however, it seemed like it had not been cleaned. There were still grounds in the coffee maker, dirty dishes that were put in the cabinets, coffee table and breakfast table had some sort of moldy residue on it. The floors were covered in dirt and sand. Coffee mugs dirty. But the beds were comfortable, great space, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Best beach I have been to. We would stay again.

You can stay here If you don’t care about cleanliness

The good: 1. Size of the house is good for 10 guests. 2. Location is great. The bad: 1. No cleaning at all (dusty, sand on the floor, greasy kitchen, trash cans outside was full of garbage) We have to clean everything before use. 2. Refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal didn’t work. 3. Homeowner gave us wrong access code for the beach and swimming pool. 4. Broken towel and toilet paper holders. So this place need some hands and care. Thanks.

A great family getaway!

This beach house was a great way to have a socially-distanced beach vacation. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was very good for cooking our dinners on. The back porch was a great hangout spot. We did run into some problems with the upkeep. We had to defrost the fridge, buy a coffee filter, clean the grill, and reboot the router. We also found the WiFi was extremely slow.

Perfect Setting

We recently rented this property with our friends and their family for a joint family vacation. The location is perfect, especially during this pandemic time. The private beach access is a short, 5 minute walk from the property. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this area was not crowded at all during our stay. The neighborhood pool is also only a short walk away, and we had that area to ourselves almost the entire week. It was awesome! The house was clean, but you can tell it gets used quite a bit. There was a small hole in the wall in the bunk room and the walls had smudging, but the property is fantastic! We had 4 adults, a teenager, and 6 children 10 and under with us, and we all had plenty of space. I will say that the gas to the fire pit outside was a bit scary. The knob to control the flame was broken so it could only be set to the highest setting, and that was too dangerous for our littles, so we didn’t use it. There were beach chairs, boogey boards and a large cooler with wheels in the garage, which all came in very handy for us. We decided to leave our fishing nets in the garage as well for future renters. We had a small issue with the dryer, but we contacted the management company and they came right away and fixed it for us. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the area and would definitely rent it again!

Beach Blessings review

I was apprehensive about renting a home at first, everything looked good on-line so we rented for a week. The house was very nice, better than we had expected. The beach was extremely close. We could walk out the front door and down the block then back a block (there is a wooded lot between the house and beach you have to go around) and then it is only a block away. We were on the beach in two minutes. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable and clean. The grill needed cleaned terribly and the couch and seats need a deep cleaning but were acceptable. Those were the only two things in a long list of positives. Over all I would stay here again. There is so much to do in the area! The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. I did not care for "southern" which was the cleaning service, because they contacted me separately and tried to get my credit card info. (felt like a scam)The manager took care of this as I had purchased insurance and it was on file with the owner. We had 5 adults, 3 teens and a child and there was plenty of room. If you looking at renting this house you will not be disappointed!
