ā€¢ LIVING ROOM - Direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The sofa makes into a queen bed. There is a 42' flat screen tv, dvd player and dvd collection for your enjoyment.

ā€¢ MASTER SUITE - King size bed. It has direct access to the balcony overlooking the beach through floor to ceiling sliding doors. The suite has a 32' flat screen and dvd player. The luxury continues in the master bathroom with a garden tub, double sinks and separate shower.

ā€¢ SECOND BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM) - Private room that allows the rest of your party to watch TV or a DVD without disturbing others. This room contains two twin-size beds (no bunk beds here), a 26' flat screen tv and dvd player. It is decorated in a fishing theme.

ā€¢ SECOND BATHROOM - This bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

ā€¢ KITCHEN - The fully-equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, all black on black appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home or just have snacks between the numerous activities the area offers.

ā€¢ KEYLESS ENTRY - The unit has a numeric keyless entry lock.

ā€¢ OTHER FEATURES ā€“ Our unit offers cable, a wireless internet connection, a stack washer/dryer combo and a nice oversized balcony with plenty of seating. There is tile and carpet flooring throughout our unit.

The private pool deck, which is located on the fifth floor, features two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tubs, grills, and a huge mushroom fountain for the kids to enjoy! The resort features a fully equipped fitness center overlooking the pools and ocean, video arcade, and meeting room. Sunrise Beach offers a covered parking garage on the Gulf side - no street crossovers.

Sunrise Beach is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and within walking distance to the new Pier Park and Russell-Fields Pier (City Pier). Pier Park is a mega family entertainment complex. At Pier Park youā€™ll find chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques. The complex also contains a 16-screen movie theater, Dave and Busters as well as wonderful restaurants such as Jimmy Buffettā€™s Margaritaville, Red Robin, Osaka, Longhorn, Olive Garden and many more! During the summer you can also enjoy free concerts for the whole family.

It was a beautiful condo but there was work being done on the entry way tile and the balcony that made it a little inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay

Came to Panama City for a baseball tournament and Tina and her condo were fantastic. She was so responsive and the condo was well kept. We will definitely be back and book with Tina.

Wonderful place

This property is actually even better than what you can see on the listing. It is so spacious! The view is impeccable and we were able to see so many wildlife just from the balcony. We will deff consider staying here again in the future.

More than once

This was our second time staying at this condo. We really enjoy the view and the quick and easy access to the beach. Even though this is the 15th floor, it didn't feel like it. The condo was beautifully kept and clean. We had no issues and the owner responded quickly to questions. We will definitely continue to stay here!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

The condo was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (2 best friends with their daughters). The one bed room with 2 twin beds was very small but we were just sleeping there so not that it mattered much. We didn't have any room for all our clothes and suitcases so we had to store in the master bedroom closet. Definitely bring your own paper towels and toilet tissue. Other than that we had everything we needed for a great weekend. We rented chairs on the beach right in front of our condo. Parking garage was under the condo. Being we were all females I never felt uncomfortable there. Tina was wonderful and very quick to respond to all my questions. We will definitely reach out again in the future for our booking needs.

Great Visit

This is my second time staying at Sunrise Beach Resort. Communication with the owner was great! We had a small issue with a possible water leak and she was quick to respond and get it resolved. The only downside to the resort is the elevators. Two of them went down while we were there and we had close to a 30 min wait any time we wanted an elevator. We took the stairs several times. Even with them all working, there is generally some type of wait for an elevator. Other than that itā€™s a great location!

Excellent trip to start the summer

Condo is even prettier in person. Excellent location. Can walk on street or on beach to multiple restaurants and mini golf and arcade. Pools and hot tubs were wonderful. Absolutely no complaints. Will stay here again in the future. Perfect for our family!

Wonderful Time

The unit was very nice and clean. Our view was perfect and we had no problems during our stay. Even though this unit is on a higher level, the beach access was very convenient and easy to get to. The pools were fun and clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. We will definitely rent again!

Birthday at the beach

Our stay was awesome!! All my little girl wanted was her 5th birthday at the beach and that is what she got. The place and location was great. I loved having parking and beach on the same side as well. The manager Tina was very prompt and very helpful!! Will definitely come again and recommend it!

Great Experience

Everything was clean and nice. The view was fabulous and sitting on the balcony was very relaxing. The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable with a fabulous en suite bathroom. Communication with Tina was prompt, helpful and concise. The only slight issue was no closet or place to put clothes in the small bedroom. The location was great. It was very close to Pier Park and lots of eating places.

Great family vacation!
