Everything was wonderful. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed! Everything was thought of: dishes, towels, etc. the location is amazing! I loved waking up to that view, and falling asleep to the sound of the water. There is a coffee maker, but I brought my own Keurig. There were even some condiments in the fridge! We will come back!

Wonderful location for a peaceful spot away from the crowd. House had all the necessary accommodations. Upstairs was a bit hot at night sleeping but otherwise great home and view of the water. Host was prompt on messaging and everything went smoothly.

It was perfect. Spacious and comfortable, but don’t have elderly guests because the steps to the upstairs guest rooms is steep. The master bedroom is on the first floor. The view out the back was well worth the stay. We saw loons, eider ducks, Canada geese, gulls, a bald eagle, and a small whale. It was quiet and peaceful. Lots of pots and pans including a lobster pot that we put to good use.

The property is situated in an area that is extremely private. Very comfortable Best sunrise ever. The property itself is very comfortable. Well maintained, very clean, absolutely will come back again.

Coastal home.

The view is amazing and the house is cozy with nice amenities. Perfect place to gather outside or in and take walks to the pier to enjoy delicious food at the lobster company.

This is surely heaven! We have never been more comfortable in rental. Michael and Carol are so welcoming, and have thought of everything you may need during your stay. The views are breathtaking, and the location is very peaceful. It was the perfect place for us to relax and take in the beauty of the coast. Thank you both so very much.

Best VRBO Experience I've Ever Had!

The owner of this property was extremely helpful, kind, and ensured our stay was absolutely perfect. The property itself is in tip-top shape and in a perfect location for a getaway. We're already looking forward to returning to this spot for years to come.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this special Cottage. The cottage is exceptionally clean and if you love to cook, the kitchen has everything a cook could ask for (very well stocked). The views were beyond my expectations and we enjoyed sight seeing from the deck along with the surrounding property. When we arrived, the owner's (Michael) mom Carol, met us at the home and she is extremely friendly and helpful as well. She gave us a tour of the home, the property and other info that was extremely helpful. Carol lives just down the road and is not intrusive at all, but we knew if we needed anything, she would take care of it. Carol is a gem. It was obvious they take a lot of pride in this property and it showed. It's a quick drive to Bath for groceries, we bought most of our groceries prior to checking in but went back a few times for some "extras," since we were enjoying the scenic stay so much. Location is great when it comes to venturing out. I saw 4 seals in 2 days and a school of porpoises. Michael is easy to talk to and has put a lot extras into this property. We hope to go back sooner than not. Also, a General Store is just down the road for extras and take out, they even have lobster rolls! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Amazing waterfront!

This place is so peaceful! Being able to see the water from just about every room. The pics in listing can’t even begin to show the beauty of this spot! Super clean and a kitchen with great utensils and pans, anything you need! Would stay again!

Waterfront retreat!

I was looking for a peaceful retreat with a view of the water - and that is exactly what I experienced at this comfy home. Watching the light on the water, walking to Five Islands Libster Co for dinner, and strolling at Reid State Park were highlights!

Perfect in every way!

This cottage is in the perfect location, surrounded by water and an easy walk to Five Islands Lobster. Every room was really comfortable, with plenty of space to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We’ve never stayed in a more well stocked rental, there is nothing they haven’t thought of. The beds were all great, and having several bathrooms was great. We loved sitting outside watching the boats go by and the birds, mink and deer. Could not recommend this spot more highly, perfect!!

Home with a beautiful view

A nice home in a secluded area of Georgetown, Me. We enjoyed our stay at East Ledge. The views from the living room, kitchen and deck are very nice. The property owners were very helpful and available for any inquiries we had. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved East Ledge!

Our group of 6 had a lovely week at East Ledge! Carol met us at the house when we arrived and provided a tour and some useful information about the house. The area is quiet but a short walk from fresh lobster and ice cream and a short drive from the perfect town of Bath. We would highly recommend this stay!

Relaxing home on the water

We enjoyed our stay at this home which is located right on the water. It is a great place to read some books, relax and gaze out towards the water. We saw a lot of birds, seals, dolphins and more. Please note that there are 1,200 gallon water tanks for showering and cooking.

Charming cozy home with great views

We stayed at East Ledge for a month and just loved it. We decided to rent for a month during our son’s last college soccer season. A great location, 5 minutes from Reid State Park, close to Bath with all its amenities. Can’t recommend it more highly!!!

North Atlantic Paradise

If you want incredible views, access to the freshest seafood less than a five minute walk away, the most perfect Maine beach a five minute drive away and the cleanest, most comfortable house to retire to in the evening....look no further than Michael's place here. It truly is incredible.

Paradise

The property and house were perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much. Sitting on the deck and/or on the rocks watching the boats and listening to the water made the trip! The kitchen was fully stocked. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!
