These two condos #6603 & #6604 are named 'Casa Desierto del Sol' (Desert Sun) and 'Casa Brisa del Mar' (Sea Breeze). The condos are side-by-side with lockable connecting doors between them. Each can be rented as a stand-alone two-bedroom unit or combined with sister unit to create a connected four-bedroom condo experience.

This listing is for the combined four-bedroom experience. Both units are on the top floor and each has separate spiral staircase access to finished private rooftop patio with private jacuzzi & gas fire-pit. Great flexibility for small or large group! Access music, video, and infotainment throughout, thanks to Echo Show in the kitchen and Echo Dot in each bedroom, plus Amazon music unlimited and Samsung Smart TV with Amazon FireTV 4k stick. The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique outdoor environment offers a large swimming pool, a terrace on the edge of the beach, bathrooms with showers and dressing rooms, a fully equipped gym, green areas for special events, and a one-of-a-kind sailboat-shaped cinema where movies are projected on an awning on one of its sails.

-Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus extra filter systems at homes and on fridge dispensers where applicable. Many guests still choose to use bottled water for drinking, mostly for taste and peace of mind reasons.

This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.


Copala is a full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!


RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:

-Secure private gated community
-There are 7 guest accessible pools! The highlight is the Copala clubhouse which has 2 pools (kiddy pool + family infinity pool with fantastic ocean, mountain and desert views), large family sized jacuzzi, a deli, spa, gym, bar & grill, large media room, and more.
-On-site tienda for essentials you may have forgotten (toothpaste, tequila, hats, sunscreen, chips...)

Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

Within the resorts I would recommend:
• ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
• ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
• The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
• Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
• Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

• There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

- There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.
- Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Copala guests = Copala + golf + restaurants/bars only, Mavila guests = Mavila + golf + restaurants/bar only, etc.
- Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

OMG! Simply Amazing.

The units are exactly as pictured and described; beautifully appointed and very clean. We stopped at Costco and Walmart for food and drinks prior to arrival...everything else was provided. There were more than enough towels for bathing and lounging at the pool or jacuzzi. Ample utensils, serving dishes and basic toiletries. There are leftover condiments but be prepared because the mini-mart is limited. The roof top lounge area was unbelievable; the sunrise was spectacular. Copala is under construction but you barely notice any noise. We were not bothered by it at all. One of the guys in our group went golfing and said it was breathtaking. Initially he thought the price was a bit expensive but once he was on the course he stated that the food, drinks and level of service given was worth every penny. The owner is very responsive and the concierge was helpful. This place overall was "Nothing short of perfect!"

Comfortable yet Upscale

Felt like home yet beautifully designed and wonderful grounds. Had everything we might need: beach towels, cooler, laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, full kitchen. The hot tub on the roof was a fun bonus. It was more easily accessed via the stairs in the hallway vs the spiral staircases. Jacob, the property manager, responded promptly to inquiries on WhatsApp. Husband enjoyed golfing at Quivira. Was told there was no availability but he got in telling them he was staying at Copala. Whale watching and swimming with the dolphins were fun family experiences. Can’t wait to return. Was a wonderful vacation!!!!

Condos at Copala

At first Pics really don't due property justice. Much nicer in person and very quiet area. Which we liked. Some construction noise during the day, which we were told about beforehand. Not really a problem. Light activities here and there as end tower being finished and homes below are constructed. Security gate very thorough. Views are spectacular. Door code access to units worked well. Quite a few things in kitchen left by previous tenants. Beer, coffee, filters. So no need currently as of this posting to buy coffee or filters. Do buy cases of water. There is laundry detergent. But be ready to translate spanish operating instructions to use washer/dryer. You will figure it out. There are two pool towels and two bath towels in each room. Nice wall mounted TV's in living room. Streaming channels, good wifi access. Make sure to go see concierge inclub house directly below this building and open a folio. As it will give you discounts throughout the pueblo bonito resorts. Also make sure you get contact number for concierge, as this is direct dispatch access to the Copala resort property shuttle drivers. They operate from 7am-10;45pm. This is, and will be only shuttle ride to and from Bonito Sunset. Otherwise taxis and outside car services will cost you plenty. A taxi to town from Copala is $25. Around $20 or less if taxi taken from main lobby entrance From Bonito Sunset. One other trick; You can ask to be dropped off outside of Bonito Sunset main gates, and from there you can call an Uber. Rideshare is not allowed on resort properties, strong taxi union. FYI. Uber from entrance to Cabo town is about $4. Then upon return, they will drop you at gates , then call Copala concierge for shuttle driver to get you. If you do not pay for inclusive at Bonito Sunset, You will have to pay for meals and drinks there. But tell them where you are staying, give folio #, Room# and name. Ask for the discount, will not automatically get it. Pueblo Bonito Sunset is a monster of a resort built into side of mountain. Beware, Not really walkable. Golf carts run up and down poperty. Hassle. Copala shuttle can drop you at Main/valet/taxi entrance,the Market dining, and Main pool area. All else, carts! Utilize Quivira Golf Clubhouse directly below Copala on beach. Breakfast and lunch is included in inclusive if you purchase plan, and Steakhouse dinner service is an upcharge on top of. FYI. Highly rated, In our opinion best and closest dining access to this condo area.
