This house comes complete with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND ALL BED-LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN THE WEEKLY RATE. Guest to bring beach towels! There’s ample outdoor living space including multi level decks and patio area with Pool loungers.

There is AMPLE PARKING FOR 6+ CARS and extra room for you to store your boat trailer, beach gear and toys! There are 2 CONVENIENT BEACH ACCESS WALKWAYS across the street - a quick stroll down the driveway and you are at the ocean!

COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH CART, SAND TOYS, COOLERS AND CHARCOAL GRILL are provided for guests!

First Floor Master is equipped with a King bed and large walk-in shower. There is also a large Master Suite on second floor with full bathroom and access to upper deck area. 2 additional large Bedrooms with Queen beds - one with private full bath and the other shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with the bunk bed suite.

You can launch your boat by way of the public boat landing and dock at the house during your stay or just enjoy fishing, crabbing, shrimping off the dock!

You will fall in love with Garden City Beach as it is close to everything and just a short drive to Myrtle Beach…….both beach towns offer tons of summer fun and holiday festivities for a memorable vacation....... sport rentals, shopping galore, amusement and water parks, nearly 100 golf courses, miniature golf, the Myrtle Beach Downtown Boardwalk, the Market Common District, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Outlet Malls, Fishing Piers and hundreds of Restaurants!

HOT SPOTS LOCATED JUST 1 MILE from the house: Garden CIty’s Fishing Pier and Cafe, along with an assortment of small town restaurants, pizza, ice cream, coffee, souvenir shops & arcades. The iconic 1976 Sam's Corner diner, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant and the Causeway Grill are all just around the corner near the Pier.

Marlin Quay Marina (1 mile south) is a popular spot with Bait & Tackle Store, Fishing Charters, Water Sports and Sightseeing Tours. The Marina has 2 popular onsite restaurants: The Quay Seafood Grill and The Gulfstream Cafe both known for top-notch delicious local seafood complete with unsurpassed deck-top views of the ocean and Inlet. The Gulfstream Cafe offers a great Sunday Brunch Buffett!

JUST A SHORT DRIVE from the house: Check out MarshWalk, offering one of the best waterfront dining experiences in Historic Murrells Inlet. Here you will find some of the area's best restaurants, centered along the quaint waterfront with live music and a fun atmosphere that can’t be beat! For a day on the water, check out Crazy Sister Marina (4.9 mile drive). Offering fishing charters, equipment rentals, and tours. For boat owners, they also offer dockage for daily and weekly rates. Spend your day sport fishing, in-shore or deep sea fishing. Rent a boat, jet ski, kayak, or paddle board. Take an “Inlet Adventure” like finding buried treasure on the Pirate Adventures Cruise, exploring the beautiful salt marshes of Murrells Inlet aboard the Saltwater Marsh Adventure boat, watching dolphins on the Dolphin Expedition, or cruising around on a guided kayak tour. Other fun activities like banana boating and parasailing are also available at Crazy Sister Marina. Murrells Inlet Public Boat Ramp is just 4.5 miles from the house. With 3 boat ramps, it is a great place to launch on the inlet and explore the waterways!

POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $350.00/week (MARCH thru MAY & the Fall Months).

Bath towels that are provided/guest include 1 Bath, 1 Hand and 1 washcloth. Reminder to bring Beach Towels!
