This lovely custom built raised Beach home, with Ocean views is just steps away from the sand and the surf of the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean! Outstanding grounds adorned with Palm trees that surround a Heated, cooled and lighted 26'x13' Inground pool on a very large 60'x168' privacy fenced lot. This vacation rental has been loved and cared for by many returning guest that truly feel that "Seven Palms" (see below) What separates my house from your average Beach Rental is that it feels like a "Home". With its unique vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, elevator, fenced in yard, and extra large pool all within a 20 second walk to the ocean and over a 150 PGA style golf courses. This pure luxury home is for long weekend getaways, week long vacation or just tired of the cold winters and need to stay for a month. I have just been awarded a Certificate of Excellence for having a Premier Property. I look forward to hosting you on your next adventure. It is our pleasure to accommodate your every need. I always make my guest safety a priority therefore I have all linens, towels, etc sent out to be professionally laundered. There is a minor fee associated with this to cover the expense. I will be happy to explain further when we communicate. us so The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. At night all you hear is the pounding of the surf. The upper deck is completely private and great for cocktails. Golf carts are the best mood of transportation or you can rent scooters. The Garden City Pier is .7 tenths of a mile walking distance. I want to ensure you that every effort has been made to make your trip a success. Many of my guest are working remotely sort of a Flexcation. I provide for you a work station that is private with a landline to answer those all important emails to stay connected with work.

Wonderful property Close to beach. Clean. Well equipped. Wayne was great to work with. Prompt with replies. If I was to pick anything wrong, it would be the 6th bedroom. It is meant for a child staying with the adults in the master bedroom. No door and must go thru the master to get to it.We worked it out! Overall, would stay there again!

Property was ideal for 50 person wedding ceremony and reception in backyard. Parking area great for food truck! House was perfect for wedding party. Master bedroom has adjoining sitting room with queen size bed, making the 6th bedroom. Nice size pool and close to beach. Wayne super accommodating and communicative.

Great Week at Seven Palms

We loved our stay here! The house was very nice. Location is great, really enjoyed the pool and having the beach so close. Layout of the house worked great for us with teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs. Wayne is probably the best host we've worked with, ensuring we had all info needed and was very responsive to questions via text.

Incredible Vacation

We are a family of 11 including we as grandparents, both of our children, their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. Finding a home that can accommodate us, especially keeping the parents/grandchildren in close proximity to each other, can be a challenge. However, Seven Palms provided just right room arrangements that worked for all of our family members! Additionally, the kitchen, large family room, and decks allowed free movement, and seating for all. We cannot say enough about Wayne, and his kindness. From the time of our booking, through check out, Wayne was consistently available to answer our questions, and provide us with information. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Wayne!

This property was perfect for our 16 member family. We all got in the private pool with plenty of room for kids to play on the middle. The kitchen had a plethora of pots and pans, dish and silverware service for more than 16 and plenty of counter space to cook and serve. I am handing and normally look for as few stairs as possible but no need in this gorgeous vacation house with it's elevator, from ground to top floor! The property owner was so kind and went out of his way to make sure our only task was enjoying family. Thank you!!

Great Location Home

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Our Host Wayne our was very responsive for all our questions. House is located conveniently just 3 minute walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the house with our friends. Just need updates like Dishwasher is old, and bathroom shower doors needs to be replaced.

Amazing Experience!!

I was down at Seven Palms on my bachelor party and this house was perfect for our group. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable bedrooms, along with multiple great common areas to hangout. The house is in a great location that's super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, golf courses, etc. Communication with Wayne along with the check in/check out process couldn't have gone smoother. I recommend this property for anybody looking to have an amazing place to stay in Murrells Inlet!

Amazing time!

We could not have been more pleased with everything at Seven Palms. The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and great quiet surrounding atmosphere for our family. The Host is so nice and is always available by phone or text to respond to any concern. Wayne, even was able to handle a minor maintenance problem for us by contacting his local handyman on Sunday. And that was during an extremely busy personal weekend for his family; his sonā€™s wedding! But even that did not deter him from making sure our needs were also attended too. If your looking for an amazing and completely satisfying experience at the coast, you will not be disappointed with a stay at Seven Palms!

A home with a pool near the beach

Second year going to 7 palms. Hope to come back next year. The home is set up for a beach vacation. Master Bedroom has an adjoining room perfect for young children. So the Master Suite had my 4 grandchildren and Daughter and Son-in-Law. My In-laws and Niece from California came as well. Add me and my wife and it was a vacation from heaven. Thanks Wayne (host). Wonderful location

It is a very nice house with lots of room for a large family gathering. The location was so convenient to the beach. The pool was very nice and the yard was spacious. My only feedback for improvement would be a little updating on the inside of the house. Wayne, the owner, could not have been nicer and more accommodating. He was in touch with us every step of the way he making sure we had everything we needed

We had a family group from ages 7-92. The owner Wayne could not have been more accommodating and responsive to our questions. The house was great. Kitchen well stocked. Easy check out. Would recommend!!!

Beautiful Seven Palms Homes

We stayed at Seven Palms during our wedding vow renewal. This is a wonderful house, It is large and spacious in a great location. Close to the beach. House had everything we needed. The driveway had plenty of parking. The house was perfect with plenty of beds, room and the decks were nice to relax on. The pool was awesome amenities as well. Wayne communicated very well to insure he wanted us to be comfortable and have everything we need and very much appreciated. We plan on staying there again in the future for sure and will recommend to family and friends.

The house had everything we needed! The house was very clean, kitchen was stocked and the beds were comfortable. The elevator, fenced yard with pool and short walk to the beach was a bonus. I would recommend to others. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made check in simple.

I have never considered my home your typical vacation rental. It was built as a Home and that is what sets it apart from all of the other rentals. My over-sized enclosed backyard and large pool make it special for large family reunions, Weddings and Corporate events.

Many travelers like the spaciousness and the lay-out of the Home. I built it as a Home, and not your typical Beach rental. It is always meticulous with Enhanced cleaning Protocols in mind. My staff and I will ensure that everything you need to make your journey special is available for you. I make it a point to understand the needs of each individual traveler. The custom elevator was designed for persons with disabilities. It is serviced twice a year and it has a telephone equipped with a telephone. I'm going to make this place your home...
