The Space:
This home was built with private porches on each floor of the house and an amazing third-floor deck with great views of the city. Just two blocks from King Street and in the heart of downtown Charleston!

The home contains 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, which both have queen-size beds and share a bathroom. The primary bedroom on the third floor contains a queen-sized bed and the private spacious bathroom has a sink with a double vanity and standup shower.
The home has a private driveway with space for 2 cars.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06920 and Business License BL030317.
Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
