We canā€™t say enough for this beautiful & peaceful property. It is exactly as described and more. The home is very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that made our stay wonderful. Love the large windows and glass slide doors, allowing for natural lighting to brighten the rooms and a nice gentle breeze. The home floor plan is nicely designed, perfect for families or couples. The patio is very spacious with beautiful views of the pastures, ocean and sunrise. Love the farm animals, flock of sheep and cows. Enjoyed our morning walk on this property, so serene. Only, regrets, our stay was too short. We would love to return again. Mahalo June! for being a fantastic host to us, appreciate your excellent communication.

Beautiful!

Our family aged 7-79 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our kids had a blast visiting with the goats and sheep on property. The vies from the back deck were incredible and the property had all we needed. It was a 15-20 minute drive to Hilo and nice to be out of town a bit. It was one of our favorite parts of the trip!

We found this property to be all we needed; kitchen supplies, linens, well kept and pleasingly decorated.The surrounding area is open and well cared for, with a view of the ocean.

Quiet location with great morning views

The property was a great location, however it was the family's least favorite on our trip. A dehumidifier running would make nights less sticky. Screens needs to be updated so they work easier and effectively (keeping bugs out). We did enjoy feeding the animals and towing the property.

The Orchid House

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was immaculate, serene, well-equipped, and wonderfully spacious. It was perfectly secluded with stunning views all around. The mattresses were firm and incredibly comfortable, which is often not the case in rentals. We definitely hope to return someday.

Private Getaway

This place was beyond our expectations. Not only was it clean and provided everything that we needed, the property outside was stunning and we felt so lucky to be there. The long driveway is lined with tall palm trees. We enjoyed the panoramic ocean view from the lanai, Muana Kea is visible from the driveway, and we got to see a rainbow almost every day! With goats and sheep onsite, it was like having our own little petting zoo to the side of the house. Walking on the acres of lush and well-kept land was such a treat. The trees were dripping in delicious longon and rambutan in early February. The property truly felt like a getaway into a private slice of paradise. This is one of our favorite vacation rentals EVER.

Beautiful property right off the main road

Clean property with plenty of room for the family. We were a party of 5 that stayed here. I loved that there were animals on the property and it was very quiet, as are most places on that side of the island. We would sit on the balcony and eat breakfast and just enjoy the scenery. It's not very far from Hilo town as we were running around for various sightseeing and errands. I would follow the signs and drive down to the water and check that out. Really cool part of the island and great accommodations.

Family vacation

Very nicely maintained, furnished and supplied. We loved the quiet location and the view of the ocean. Spent many hours on the deck - nice to have it covered so we could be outside when it rained. Would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving

So lovely to be able to rent this beautiful home on such a big, open property! It truly felt secluded in the most refreshing way. The house itself was perfect and had all the amenities we needed to host a small Thanksgiving Dinner for our family. Our pup was even able to join! She enjoyed herself running around on the grassy fields and (carefully) saying hello to some goat friends from a distance. Mahalo for hosting us!

Wonderful stay

Great Hidden Gem

The property was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was wonderful and the views from the property were amazing! Our kids loved the animals also! We had a good conversation with Ray and learned a lot about growing fruit. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend this property.

Amazing Farm House

Peaceful, all the amenities needed and more. Goat, sheep, fruit on trees and double rainbows. Haha. Kurtis was a great communicator. We had a great time, an hour from the Volcanoā€™s, 8 min from the botanical gardens, etc..Mahalo for your hospitality. Could not have been a better spot at the end of our trip.

Beautiful farm-like setting outside of Hilo

Beautiful property, large fruit orchards, lots of farm animals (all caged, not loud). Property was ~10 minutes outside Hilo, off main road in quiet area. Property was as advertised, if not nicer, communication with owner was easy, as was checkin. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Perfect getaway

Easy to find home just outside of Hilo on a large, secluded piece of property surrounded by fruit trees and corralled sheep. The home was comfortable, clean, and spacious with a large lanai. The lanai was furnished and we were able to lounge and relax with cocktails. The kitchen was large and fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and spices. Perfect for preparing breakfast before we started our day. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Property in Pepeekeo

This is a beautiful home located on a working farm in Pepeekeo. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a wonderful kitchen with everything you could want for cooking gourmet meals with local produce from the farmers markets. The interior is beautifully finished with an Asian theme. There is a great lanai that looks out to the ocean and farm fields. We would have stayed much longer if we could! Highly recommended.

A super few days on the quiet side of the Big Island

We love the Big Island and this was a perfect spot for my daughter and me. Looking for a place to recharge and provision before a hike/camping trip to Waimanu Valley. We lucked out with zero rain for the most part. The house was well equipped, well designed/furnished and clean. Kurtis was very accessible with questions about the area. Ray, the farm manager, gave us a tour and was a great host as well. Would definitely stay here. Weā€™ve been to the Big Island several times and this was the best spot yet!
