The Space:

Welcome to Piper’s Landing by Kismet Properties of 30A!



Piper's Landing is the perfect vacation spot. You will be walking distance to the beach, dining options, nature trails, and bike paths. Located in the beautiful Cassine Garden community in the heart of Seagrove Beach, it's just a three-minute walk to the nearest public beach access. Enjoy nature trails on property as well as two lovely community pools and tennis courts for those few moments you are not lounging on our beautiful beaches.



Piper's Landing is a two-story town home. On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1/2 bath, and an outside patio. The second level has two bedrooms, each with Queen size beds. Freshly painted throughout, with new artwork, and updated furnishings, Piper's Landing delivers an upscale, picturesque ambiance that can easily become your next home away from home and vacation go-to for years to come.



Piper's Landing can sleep 4 - 6 guests very comfortably as there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.



Easy clean tile on the first floor, lovely wood flooring on the second floor, the town home also has the perfect amount of nautical beachy décor throughout. Piper's Landing is great for families who want a close beach or pool access as well as couples wanting to have the perfect beach get away.



Each of the second-floor bedrooms include their own private open porch. Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the breathtaking surrounding scenery. The two second-floor bedrooms share a full bath in the hall, with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. There is also a washer and dryer at the townhouse, allowing you and your loved ones to pack light and leave plenty of room for souvenirs.



Your family will love the fully equipped kitchen (utensils and appliances) complete with granite counter tops. The galley style kitchen is perfect for fixing family meals and or grabbing a bite before heading back to the beach or pool. The kitchen looks out to the Dining and Living Room The open floor plan allows for plenty of room to family to spread out. The open living room features coordinated furnishings, including a brand-new sleeper sofa, and a beachy décor.



You will relax in front of the large smart flat-screen television and DVD combo in the living room. Enjoy your favorite Netflix or Hulu shows or a family movie after a spending the day at the beach. Guests can also step outside to a spacious patio with stone and tile décor. This outdoor space has great seating and is perfect for reading, morning coffee or or quiet evenings. Off the patio a tree lined yard leads to easy access to the community pool and other neighborhood amenities including a basketball hoop and fishing pond.



The Cassine Garden community is a casual 30A coastal subdivision, providing an array of family-friendly amenities. Make a splash in the two community pools, enjoy family time at the fishing pond or simply take a stroll through the nature trails. There are also tennis courts and a basketball court, providing plenty of entertainment for the whole family.



Piper's Landing is a 5-minute stroll to convenient beach access, along with a wide variety of local restaurants and activities. Seagrove Beach is located on the famed Scenic Highway 30A in South Walton, near other popular beach communities including Seaside, Grayton Beach, Gulf Place, and Alys Beach. Venture over to Seaside to enjoy local restaurants and food trucks with delectable cuisine. Browse the local boutique shops. If you are feeling adventurous, take a day trip to Grand Boulevard and the Village of Baytowne Wharf, the venue for a multitude of local events and festivals throughout the year. You'll love creating lasting, unforgettable memories with your loved ones when you stay at Piper's Landing. We are walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and the best fish market on 30A.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound along thirty plus miles of paved walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. You’ll love exploring, shopping, local dining, or stopping to get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops and fine dining are within cycling distance. Just about a 2.5 miles to Seaside Market, 2.5 miles from Publix Grocery store, and an easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Short drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach, or Destin.

Guest are given unique numerical door codes for the stay.



**Not available to persons under 25 or party groups. Responsible party must be staying in this property during rental.**



CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.





The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.

Our properties all use keypad access locks. The code and instructions will be sent to you in a separate email.

This was our first visit to 30A and Piper's Landing was the perfect location to enjoy the beach, pool, and all of the seaside towns and attractions. We loved it and can't wait to return to Florida and 30A.

Great Stay!!

My 2 adult daughters and I loved this townhouse. Fantastic location and very safe for females traveling alone. 3 min easy walk to beach access and within short walking distance for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the batteries dying in the door lock but someone was there to fix it within 20 mins. Also had a brand new washer and dryer when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

Loved our visit

My mom and I absolutely loved our stay here. This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We were so comfortable and felt right at home. We had some issues with the tv, but the property management team was very responsive and was able to help us figure it out quickly.

Great vacation townhome

We enjoyed our time at the home. The home was clean and the space/beds were comfortable. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was exactly the amount of space we needed. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach and one of the community pools. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Cassine community and really like it. We would not hesitate to stay in this townhome again.

Great location

The location for this property was great and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much but feel that the property needs quite a bit of updating. We had friends staying in the same complex but their condo was completely renovated for the same price. Not sure if we will rent this particular condo again but the complex is in a great location!

Great experience all around!

From booking the stay, getting into the property, the amenities available on the property, to the beautiful condo itself and it's location - everything was Wonderful! The condo was great for our stay with everything available to cook with that met our needs. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a great extra, and we were really glad to be able to use them. We found the location great for walking to the beach and a few close restaurants. The beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away and it is a perfect place to lay out your things and enjoy the water. Sunsets in the evening from the beach are great! The condo's location to Seaside, Rosemary, and some of the other small beach towns was very convenient. We had such a great time that we are already trying to figure out another time to come to the same exact place for another get away.

Perfect family getaway

This is a perfect house for a family trip to the beach. Close to plenty of hole in the wall restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner provided a handy folding wagon, beach chairs, and sand toys. We will definitely be back!

Much-needed beach time

Nice proximity and pleasantly decorated

Our family of 4 (two teenagers: 17&19) stayed here for a week. POSITIVES Proximity to beach is great! Nicely decorated - Classy, cheerful and not “cheesy beachy” Parking - approximately 2 spots Hairdryers 2 Balconies Quiet location Forest feel in the back Easy check in Beach supplies (weathered and worn but nice to have) Washer and dryer (don’t forget to bring your own soap) Dishwasher works well Blender and crock pot are available NEGATIVES Queen bed needs replaced since we both sunk to the middle every night Air conditioning needs to be more robust Need more coat hangers Pans aren’t great (warped or damaged) Could use basic salt, pepper, sugar Don’t forget to bring your own kitchen trash bags A list of helpful information would be very appreciated (restaurants, tennis courts - We never located the tennis courts, or the grills mentioned on the site.) The swinging bench pictured on the site is broken down The couch is very uncomfortable to sit on and probably needs replaced but it’s cute. Small kitchen but doable for one cook Overall, a nice place that with several changes is great.

Great Location with Lots of Potential

PROS: -Small community with lots of shade--trees and multiple decks -Clean pool VERY close to the condo -Close to the beach and several shops and restaurants (the correct beach entrance is to the left of the large condo building, One Seagrove Place, straight across from this community) -The kitchen was stocked with more cookware, dinnerware, and utensils than most -Full size washer and dryer -Lots of beach toys in the washroom CONS: -The cleaning and upkeep of the condo leave a lot to be desired. The air intake, located just inside the front door, has no filter and Is covered in rust and stains. The dishes/utensils were dirty. The bathroom sink was clogged. The downstairs toilet didn't flush well, so we decided to make it a #1 only toilet. The sofa had a large stain on it, so we covered it with a sheet knowing it could've been pee. -The bedding was on the cheap side--not something I've seen too often on 30-A. The bedding in photos is not what is actually on the beds. In the condo's defense, we didn't complain about the issues we thought were gross. They didn't cause us or the condo harm, and we didn't really want management coming in with COVID on the upswing. I think this condo has great potential, and with a little draino, paint, and removable/washable sofa cover, it would look, feel and smell like a new place! If you book, be on the lookout for the adorable tiny frogs that hang out on the back patio. We loved watching them at night.

Best bang for your buck!

This townhome couldn’t have been in a better location. It has several restaurants and shops in walking distance and most importantly the beach access almost directly across the street. The perfect place for both my husband and I as well as our teens. Thanks for a wonderful week!

April Visit

We were very satisfied with this rental it was clean and suited our needs. We stayed for a week and had no issues, it was quiet and comfortable. The short walk to the beach was another plus.
