We completely understand the desire to have your pet in the pool area. The HOA has a strict rule about pets there, it’s in place to keep the area safe and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the space, cleanliness, and location. We’ll share your comments about the kitchen items, and master bedroom furniture with the owner to help improve future stays. Our team did discover that the mattress was not aligned correctly with the box spring and have since adjusted it. Please note that only one pool key is assigned per property. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back.
