Relax with the whole family at this newly remodeled peaceful place to stay. Soak up the modern and streamlined charm with this upscale home. Romantic and relaxing with a hint of beach, mixed with clean crisp linens. TVs in every bedroom,enjoy all amenities.

Nothing has been missed with amenities as you are catered to in both to the washrooms and in kitchen. With everything you need while you take in a day at the beach, walk a pier, soak in the sun rays or take a small drive to the Texas State aquarium, botanical gardens or the Oso Nature Preserve. Our home features a spacious backyard to enjoy the evening stars,an open concept granite island kitchen with ample seating for everyone to cozy up around and enjoy each otherā€˜s company. Once itā€™s time for your nightcap, youā€™ll find the master bedroom in-suite king size bed, a small sitting area, which also doubles as a computer nook area with a beautiful bathroom and large master closet. The other side of the house has two bedrooms with a bathroom to share, while the living room is situated in between with a pull out sofa. Second bedroom includes a queen size bed and twin over twin bunk and adjacent to that room is a third bedroom with a queen bed. Plenty of parking both in the driveway and in the garage.

The living area has comfortable seating for all to gather and play a board game. Or watch a movie on the large 65inch flat screen smart TV. Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more for you to conveniently log into from your personal accounts.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, high quality 18/10 stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, basic seasoning and cook oil,children's tableware,dish-ware,kitchen utensils, cups, plates, 18/10 flatware, knife block, toaster, Keurig coffee maker/French press, blender, instant pot,ice cream maker,mixing bowls,baking pans, salad spinner and 304 stainless steel electric Kettle and much more! Everything you will need to put together snacks or a full meal.

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The home was very clean and well-organized. This property is centrally located to all the fun experiences Corpus Christi has to offer! The only minor issue we had was that the backyard could have used a bit of mowing, but it didnā€™t take away from our overall great experience! Kelly thought of everything, and we would stay here again!

Comfy and clean

The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the necessities for our trip.My husband and I and our 3 adult sons had plenty of room for our weekend stay. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It is very close to NAS for our son's winging!

Our stay in Rome was a success due in large part to our decision to stay in this wonderful property. First, our hosts (Cynthia and Paola) could not have been more kind or more thoughtful. They helped us with everything! They were welcoming, answered all of our questions, checked on us regularly and even helped set us up with transportation and gave us suggestions for restaurants, shops, etc. The property was beautiful, very clean, safe and close to everything. I had work meetings to get to and this location made my travel for work so easy. But, since it was situated In such a great area, we also were able to enjoy the evenings. The elevator helped so much (if you have stayed in Rome before, you know how much access to an elevator can help when it comes to luggage). We even met some of the neighbors in the building and they too were wonderful. All around perfect place for us. The only hard part was leaving. We are already planning our next trip back and we plan to stay here again. Thank you, Cythina, Paola and Maria.

Updated home with all the amenities needed

We enjoyed our stay and Kelly was great at communicating about the trip. There is just about everything you need at the house and it is centrally located to the aquarium, beach, stores and restaurants. The only thing that could have been better, were the floors being cleaned better. Our baby who is crawling had dirt all over him the first day but we were able to mop with the mop left in the garage and that helped.

This home was perfect for our family of seven. It had everything we needed during our stay while attending a wedding. The location was ideal and very close to the venue, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the home itself was comfortable and well-maintained.Kelly, our host, was amazing and made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to return the next time weā€™re in Corpus Christi. We would definitely rent this home again.
