The view from this three-bedroom, three-bath condominium can’t be beat! It features a beautiful beachfront view from the master bedroom, the living areas, and a spacious balcony.

Fully appointed kitchen includes granite countertops, regular 12-cup coffee pot and Keurig, eat-in breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher ice maker, regular coffee pot, Keurig and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, LCD TV/DVD, DVD/Reading Libraries
Second Bedroom: King-size bed, LCD TV/DVD
Third Bedroom: Two sets of bunk beds, LCD TV/DVD
Living Room: LCD TV/DVD, Reading Library, Portable Crib,

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, No motorcycles, boats, wave runners, RVs, or trailers. Books 3-night minimum, Monthly Rentals Accepted November - March! Must contact staff directly for pricing.

Quiet & Relaxing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the 303 West. Great water views. The layout of the condo was great for our group. It was very quiet. There isn't really a check in other than email. We never seen any staff other than security. The kitchen does have an in cabinet ice machine which made it nice for daily beach trips. The only negatives that i personally had was that there wasn't any garbage bags in the trash cans so we had to go to store and get those. So just know that dish soap, trash bags and other items like that will need to be brought. But overall, we would stay here again.

Good complex

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect.. very spacious and clean (despite some of the previous comments). The management of the property did a great job of having everything setup and communicated pretty well prior to our arrival. They were available during business hours whenever we needed them. It is a long walk to the beach on the boardwalk, but there is a walkway with no stairs which made it very easy for my elderly guests to manage getting to the beach. The only negative was the security.. The guy checking tags has a serious power trip complex. He approached me BeFORE I even got parked in the parking lot looking for my car tag, was seen hiding on side streets like he was looking for people to make mistakes, and wrote our guest (who purchased a day pass) a ticket which resulted in us being late for a meal to get cleared up in the office. Although the office was very helpful and apologetic, it was a frustration and with prior issues made it more of an annoyance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not receive a text containing the code to enter our condo . Although we sent you our cell phone numbers on our lease your representative stated it was sent to our home land line which we both know is impossible. It took 8 of us, including 4 children, an hour to get in touch with your people to get the code. The temperature was very high and some of party had to go to the bathroom. I feel that if you want people to check in on a Sunday then staff should be available so that this horrible situation never happens again. On Monday we tried to was clothes and found that the washing machine was broken. Your company completely dropped the ball and I don’t think we will return.

A few issues

The staff were professional, helpful and friendly, However, this particular unit had some issues.PRO: Nice view of the beach, comfortable seating on patio, easy access (first unit from elevator), cleanCON: Everything is massive and heavy making the unit seem crowded and smaller. The couch is far too large for an average size person to sit comfortably. The third bedroom is very small with only 2 sets of bunk beds, side table and lamp - very crowded. There is no chair and no lighting other than the single table lamp. It is unacceptable for an adult. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but adequate if you do not plan to cook. The TV had limited viewing options. In summary, this unit just didn't work well for me personally.

It needs a bit of upkeep and some minor repairs, and it needs a really thorough cleaning (dusting, polishing, cleaning all surfaces and curtains). We really did enjoy this unit and we love the Martinique. Just hoping the unit can be as spectacular as is it intended.

Condo is well furnished with everything you need and was very clean. Only negatives for us were the number of cabinets that were locked throughout the unit making storage (especially in the kitchen) difficult. Also, we had several maintenance issues while we were there (toilet leaked water out into the floor, fire alarm battery went out late at night, drains clogged, etc.).

While the property was neat and clean on the surface, I didn't give 5 stars because it could use some deep cleaning (air return vents, etc.), repainting (many walls and doors with patches not repainted), and new flooring (stained carpet should be replaced with wood or tile flooring). Amenities were nice including the ocean-side pool that we visited each day. The tennis court hours (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM) should be expanded to allow play earlier and later to avoid the high heat and humidity. Lights are available so this is possible. And court is surrounded by trees so noise should not be an issue with neighbors.

Great Views and Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were incredibly happy with the location and views from the condo. The beach is just steps away. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The pool was a short walk from the condo and was relaxing and perfect. There are a couple of restaurants and convenience stores close. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Fort Morgan is close and it is fun to explore. Since you are on the peninsula, the town is about a 15 minute drive, which wasn’t bad at all. There are a lot of restaurant options and activities in town. There were a few minor issues.When we arrived, we were given keys to another condo. We were lucky that one set actually fit our condo, because the office was closed. The condo was not as clean as you would expect. There were finger prints on the windows, hair in the bathrooms, and some dirt in the corners. There were no cleaning supplies provided. It was also a little beat up, with pealing paint and dings in the walls.Our downstairs neighbors chain smoked on their balcony. We really couldn’t enjoy the balcony without smelling like an ashtray. We also had a small child, so we were concerned about the second hand smoke. It was so bad, but after reading the rules, we realized that the condos themselves are smoke free, but there are no rules around smoking on the balcony. There were other things that I wish I had known before we showed up, so I could have been prepared. There are NO BLANKETS!! Seriously, the master bedroom has a set of sheets, and a bedspread that has the thickness of a sheet. The bunk bed room has some light knitted throws that I wouldn’t classify as blankets. There are very few necessities available. 3 rolls of toilet paper (one per bathroom), one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod, no cleaning supplies, no coffee filters, etc... so bring your own! The balcony view and the comfortable wicker couch and chairs with ottomans allowed for total relaxation. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds. And the king bed slept very comfortably. Mirrors give the condo an even more spacious feel. The condos are always tastefully decorated and very clean.
