3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths newly renovated beach house! Crescent home in Martinique on the Gulf. Literally steps from the Beach!

- Main level guest bedroom: King bed (access to screened in patio)
- Upstairs Master bedroom: King bed (private balcony)
- Upstairs guest bedroom: Queen bed and a twin bed

Serenata Beach offers just about everything you’re looking for in a vacation rental. The spacious newly renovated two-story house is located in picturesque Martinique on the Gulf between Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan. Located right beside the undeveloped, secluded 4,200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Serenata Beach boasts easy beach access to beautiful beaches without the crowds yet still full of amenities. You are also steps away from the private Gulf-front pool, indoor/outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and tennis courts. Included with your stay is full use of the golf cart, which makes getting around easy and fun.

Serenata Beach has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and sleeps 8-10 people. The main floor is a completely open floor-plan with a kitchen and island, dining area, living room, and a bedroom. There is also a screened porch back side of the house. The upper floor has 2 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a private balcony. Enjoy the gulf view from the master balcony or relax in the large tub in the master bath.

Regardless of your ideal vacation, Serenata Beach fits right in. Lounge on the beach, surf the free Wi-Fi, or take a walk through Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Make the quick drive into Gulf Shores for shopping and local seafood. Drive down to Ft Morgan and tour an historic Civil War fort or take the ferry to Dauphin Island. Or maybe you want to take it easy after supper and just watch movies. You can do it all at Serenata Beach!

Beautiful, clean house that had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach. Dustin was very responsive when we had a question about checking in. Loved having the golf cart, beach chairs, and skim board. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house close to the beach with a couple pools close by as well. Trips to town for groceries is about a 15 min. drive and that goes for fun things to do as well. There are a couple gas stations and dollar stores closer for small items. They have front entrance security with a guard checking everyone coming and going. The garage is stocked with all things you’d need for a fun day at the beach with your family and kids. The golf cart was great and spoiled us for the week. I do wish the golf cart had headlights so we could’ve driven around at night. Be prepared to bring your own laundry and dishwasher tabs. They provide a couple and that wasn’t a dealbreaker, we just don’t vacation enough to have had those items on our to do list. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

Overall stay was ok. Two problems. Parking at the house was bad. We had a big hole in the driveway. I reported this to the office the day we checked in. I was told it should be repaired on Monday. Repairs never happened. The tv service was very poor. The internet was not easy to use. We finally had to play the tv thru my daughter’s laptop. Every time the internet went down, we had to reset the laptop.

Beautiful Home

The house and surrounding property are beautiful. The house is decorated very well. The living room is great and the couches are very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. The owner was easy to deal with. Security being on site and the community being monitored was an added perk. The beach was never crowded and it was very quiet which as adults we loved. The only drawback was the cleaning of the house prior to our arrival which I don’t blame the owner for. There were a lot of things that were neglected when the house was cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The fridge and microwave needed to be cleaned. Nothing major just little things that were overlooked. Overall we had a good time and would stay here again

Wonderful

Beautiful property! Close to beach and pools. We would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to return next year. Justin was great! He checked in with us to see to make sure our stay was great.

Great Family Vacay!

The house is clean & beautiful!! It has a well equipped kitchen & a garage full of beach chairs, rafts & toys for the kids. We enjoyed spending our days at the pool & beach, which are both a quick walk or golf cart ride away. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe.

A Hot mess

This house was very dirty. Thing was broke. Towel bars. Chair TV in master dresser very unstable closet full off junk pillows. My Grandchild hands and feet was filthy. So we just left early.

Good experience

Overall, a good experience. Many things were broken / not functional in the house but we were able to work around them -- ie. front door key pad didn't work, headlights on golf cart didn't work so we couldn't drive it at night, and others. Again, not big things, just a nuisance that we had to work around. We did like the house and the location to the pool and beach. It was very quiet which was nice!!

A little bit of heaven

The house is located close to everything that we didn't need the golf cart, easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed beach time, night fishing and sitting in the enclosed screened in porch. There was plenty of couches and chairs for everyone to have plenty of room to relax and watch a movie. This house is decorated professionally with comfort and ease as well as updated decor.

LOVED this adorable place!

We had the best SB week here. Our family with three kids (5, 8, 10 year olds) enjoyed this location. It was a little chilly and windy the first few days so we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We had a few beautiful days at the beach without winds, which was perfect. The golf cart was nice even though the place is super close to the beach. The house was decorated with updated furnishings, which was nice. Many beach houses feel a little stale... this one didn't. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows (something most hotels skimp on!). We used the laundry, worked we. We used the gas grill four nights to cook fresh seafood and burgers. Overall, many memories made, great week!

The perfect getaway…

We have stayed up and down the orange beach and gulf shores area, but nothing has compared to the Martinique community. This neighborhood is special. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but tucked away in secluded calm. We enjoyed being next to the wildlife refuge and felt like we had the beach to ourselves. This home was the perfect space. The modern beach decor was lovely and the home was clean. There are lots of beach toys, chairs, and kitchen supplies. We would stay again.

Martinique is a special place. Beaches were quiet. Grounds were beautiful. Pools were spacious and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Great Location in Quiet Martinique!

My husband and I stayed at this home for about a week to celebrate empty nesting after dropping our last child at college. The house was a great location just across from the condos and close to the amenity center/beach. We appreciated having the golf cart to get to/from the amenity center parking in the heat! Check in was easy. The home was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. I did buy extra garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper during our stay. I would say the online pictures make the home look a little more updated than it is (the kitchen and baths were outdated but the rest of the decor was very nice). We also never got the downstairs TV working. Not sure if it was missing a remote or if it was user error but there were other TV's in the bedrooms. We rented chairs on the beach which was better than dragging beach supplies down each day and we felt the rental price was reasonable. We also used the pool, hot tub and the fitness center which has a good array of equipment. I love this stretch of beach which was not crowded vs The Beach Club which was packed during our time there. Martinique is a cute, quiet community. I highly recommend the neighborhood and this vacation home.

Loved the house and location. Short walk to the beach and in typical Fort Morgan fashion, there were very few people on the beach with us. Lots of room to spread out and soak up the sun. Excellent house, looking forward to next year.
