Surf's up on the North Shore and our condo is the perfect place to Hang Ten! You'll appreciate the attention to detail, modern amenities and the chic, decor when you escape to our Surfer's Paradise. Our location provides easy access to the surrounding amenities, and we are one of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay Resort. Rest assured that 1 Bedroom plus Loft will be ready for you and your trip, as we are one of the very few condos that have a LEGAL vacation rental NUC certificate!

- Twin over full bunk bed in Loft (aka 2nd bedroom)max weight for top bunk 165 lbs
- Full/Double Sofa bed in Great room
- Split A/C system in Family room and Loft; window A/C in Master bedroom

- Smart TVs in Master Bedroom, Great room and Loft
- Beach amenities for your use (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, sand toys, cooler etc)
- Pickleball and Tennis rackets for the adjacent tennis courts
- Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and soap for your convenience
- One of the closest condos to the Turtle Bay
Resort and walking distance to the kid friendly beach
- Close proximity to world famous surf spots (Pipeline, Sunset, V-land, etc)
-Please note that some amenities may not be available due to Covid or due to previous guest misuse.
-Please note there is an exterior ring doorbell camera at the front door of the condo.

This is our "Home away from Home", so please take care of the condo as if it was your own.
We do not give refunds or discounts for "acts of god" or inclement weather. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case you are unable to travel due to Covid or any other unforeseen circumstance.
Please note that our license requires we have the names of all guests and valid government ID for guest that booking is listed under.
There may be additional fees incurred for damage, excess mess or loss of keys and parking pass
-By booking our condo all guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and actions and fully release owners, managers, cleaners and any affiliates from all liabilities, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained due to Covid-19.

We have been coming to the North Shore since we were children. My husband is a former professional surfer and my children are just beginning to love the sport. We've always wanted to own a piece of "paradise" and eventually retire in Hawaii. We looked at many properties over the last 7 years before deciding to purchase our condo. We chose our condo for its proximity to the beach, family friendly layout and its chic, yet comfortable decor. We hope you enjoy our "Home away from Home" as much as we do!
