Welcome to our little piece of paradise. A perfect place to stay during your visit to Oahu. Our CLEAN and beautifully UPDATED condo can sleep 6 comfortably. With TWO king beds and a one queen sofa bed. It also includes a brand new full-size kitchen with a dishwasher, two full bathrooms, Split Air Conditioners, two smart TV's (one in the a bedroom and one in the living room) and a washer and dryer. It a wonderful place to relax while you unwind from your day of exploring our beautiful Island.

We're excited to host you in our beautiful Hawaiian getaway which is a perfect home-away-from-home for you and your loved ones. Located on the second floor, you will have a spectacular view from the lanai of the famous George Fazio Golf Course. Our condo is newly renovated. Complete with brand new beautiful decor and furniture. Our condo is perfect for families, honeymooners, or individuals looking to disconnect and relax on the remote North Shore of O'ahu.

About the location:
We are tucked away in the quiet gated community of Turtle Bay's Kuilima West. Right at the entrance of The Turtle Bay resort. (The RITZ)
The condo's big beautiful windows create a lush tropical view all day long and allow the natural light to filter through the home.

As you enter the condo, you'll feel like you just walked into a peaceful island oasis. The condo has two comfortable King size beds and one memory foam queen size sofa bed. Making it possible to sleep 6.
The condo has two smart TV's and free Wifi.

AC units:
-Main floor bedroom has its own AC unit.
-Living room and kitchen have a large spilt AC unit.
-Loft bedroom has its very own split AC unit.
The home quickly cools down on hot tropical days.

The Main Level Bedroom boasts a comfy King size bed, and a 55’’ Smart TV.
Conveniently located just outside the room is the washer and dryer, so you can do laundry at any time during your stay.

Next to the main floor bedroom is our newly updated first floor bathroom, with a full tub/shower. Equipped with extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer.

Entry area:
Don't miss our North shore information booklet located on the front entry table. It has a lot of great recommendations for food and site seeing. We also provide beach towels for you to use, they are located below the entry table.

Kitchen & Dining area:
If you would like to cook a little or a lot, we've got you covered. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics and then some.
Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, utensils, knives, cutting boards, pyrex, cookie sheets, Blender, mixing bowls, plastic wrap, tinfoil, ziplock bags, coffee maker, Keurig, rice cooker, griddle, pots and pans, a mixer, basic cooking spices, ice maker/water dispenser. The Kitchen includes fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and a dishwasher.
In the pantry you will find a large cooler for your days out, a vacuum and a broom. We have also provided first aid kits in the pantry in case of an emergency.

There are 3 counter stools for the center island and a dining room table that seats 4.

Gathering/Living room:
The condo's open concept space allows the dining and living room areas to be combined at all times. After a fun day living your best life in paradise, you can curl up on our Brand new comfortable couch and/or large chair. We offer free cable tv or you can stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus or any other platform of your choice on our Brand new 55" smart Samsung FRAME TV. We have a lot of games/cards you are welcome to use too.

Under the stairs in the kitchen there is a cubby where you will find pickle ball equipment, tennis equipment, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear.

Located in the Main floor bedroom closet is 4 beach chairs, a playpen/bedding, high chair, clothing steamer, iron and Ironing board.

Upstairs:
You will find a spacious loft bedroom with a King size bed. The bedroom also has a beautiful updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The bathroom is equipped with extra towels shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer.

Location on the Island:
The condo is located on the North Shore of the Island, which has a more relaxed country feel.
The North Shore of Oahu is famous for fantastic sand, waves, snorkeling, hiking, boutique shopping, and food trucks. The north shore has a laid back vibe that will have you coming back for more.

Tennis court and Pickle court:
The courts are located directly in front of the condo. By the entry gate. You will be provided with a door code making it free for you to use the courts during the duration of your stay.

Condo Pools:
The condo has three community pools that you will have FULL- FREE access to. The closet pool is conveniently located to the right of our condo’s front door. Each pool also has a community BBQ that you are free to use.

The property that the condo is located on offers more than 12 miles of hiking trails, five of which are located along the coastline with amazing views of Oahu’s North Shore. Morning or dawn, the trails give you the opportunity to explore one of the many pillboxes scattered along the island’s coast that served as guard posts during World War II. The horse stables is well-loved where they offer enchanting horseback riding along the coast for adults and children.

Because Turtle Bay Resort (The Ritz) is so close to the condo it makes for a fun option to use their amenities.
Want to learn how to surf? take surf lessons from the the world famous Jamie O'Brien surf school located right below the hotel pool. You can book surfing lessons directly through them at the Jaime O'Brien shop.

The resort has a full gym, workout classes and a beautiful spa that guests are allowed to use for a fee.

If your interested in spending a day at Turtle Bay resort pool here is the info on how to do that: (Prices may change at anytime)
If you’re wanting to do a full day at the Turtle Bay resort pool they offer the option to rent a cabana. The price for Turtle bay resort cabana is $500. The rental is from 9am-6pm. It’s on a first come first serve basis. They recommend that you booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Renting a cabana, gives you the opportunity to use the pool facilities/water slides and the hot tub. They often have live music by the pool. They also have a full bar/restaurant located next to the pool.
The pool is located next to a popular surf spot which makes it really fun to watch the surfing while enjoying the hot tub.

Even if you're not staying at the resort or renting a cabana you are more than welcome to enjoy any of their restaurants, bars and gift shops.

Turtle Bay beach is open to the public and is an 8 min walk from the condos. It is a wonderful place to sit and relax or get in the water and do some snorkeling. If you're lucky, you might even get to see a Honu (sea turtle!)
If you want to book something extra cool...there is a night diving excursion offered at Turtle Bay beach. It is spectacular! We highly recommend it. To book this reach out to hawaiinightdivers website.

If you drive down the highway, 5- 30 min in either direction, you will see some of the best beaches in the world with the prettiest turquoise water. Malaekahana, Hukilau, Pounders, Ke Iki, Pipeline, Shark's cove, Sunset, Waimea, Haleiwa, Three tables etc. On your drive, you will see several choices for food trucks, other local treats & cute shops!

We're only an 8 Min drive to Keana Farms zipline tour, 15 minutes away from the incredible Polynesian Cultural Center and 25 mins from the cute town of Haleiwa, 35 mins from Kualoa Ranch.

The community is gated (a gate code will be generated for "you" at time of check-in) The host will send you check-in info as your travel date approaches.
Our condo has 1 designated parking spot labeled #169. There is extra shared guest parking spots as well that you may use if you have an extra car.
