Be in awe of this beautifully restored Carriage House as you walk up the short flight of stairs to the open and airy living area. This spacious apartment is located on the second floor and boasts with light, only steps away from Calhoun Square and one block from the city's largest green space, Forsyth Park.

Furnished with modern accents, inviting white shiplap from ceiling to floor, and sliding barn doors, this unit is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa, a high-top table perfect for enjoying a morning cup of joe, and full size kitchen for all of your needs.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with en-suite bathroom, off of the main living space. The bathroom offers a spacious standing shower, and large vanity with plenty of storage.

Just a block away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous carriage house is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

St Paddy's Day to Remember

An amazing stay in Savannah and our first time visit. The carriage house was perfectly located and a wonderful place to sleep between adventures downtown.

Great stay

We stayed for a few nights with our four-year-old daughter. She slept on the pull out couch. It’s a small space but perfect location and beautiful decor. We had a great time!

Worth Price - Great Location

Walking distance to many places. Easy access and parking. Download Park Savannah app. Bring slippers - two rugs need cleaned but otherwise a really nice place to stay. Would stay again.

Cute little place in Savannah

The property is in a nice area not far from Forsyth Park. There is street parking there and we never had a problem finding a spot near our place The space is smaller than it appears in the photos, you can fit 3 people but not really 4. It was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again!

It had a pull out sofa in the living area and queen bed in bedroom. We were out and about most of the trip so it was perfect for us as a comfortable safe place to lay our heads. One block from Forsyth park and many coffee & breakfast shops in walking distance. Fully stocked kitchen / towels / toiletries & washer/ dryer if needed. Parking was a Breeze and free on holidays & weekends on the street. Very clean & really no issues except the queen bed was very squeaky.

Everything was PERFECT

I was just in town for a long weekend solo getaway. This place was perfectly suited for my needs- clean, comfortable as convenient to literally EVERYWHERE I needed to go. There’s not an outdoor space, but there is a lovely park just half a block away to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the riverfront is less than a twenty minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again either by myself or with my wife along also.

Just Because we Could

On our way home to New Orleans from NC beaches and stopped in Savannah just for the fun of it. No expectations. The Carriage House was perfect. Clean to the touch and clean visually. Comfortable bed with crisp white linens. We didn’t cook, but could have. Parking was EZ with parking App and always felt safe. Smooth owner rep liaison. Would book it again.

Great location

Walkable to all restaurants and the Savannah River, super close to Forsyth Park. Suggestions for 5 stars: The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference. The metal bed frame squeaked with the slightest movement and probably just needs some tightening at the screws. Also, you can't turn the bathroom fan off. It came on after being turned off after about a minute which created some excessive noise while trying to sleep. I get that Savannah is humid but there was also a dehumidifier that we left running 24/7 as requested.

A few issues, but overall good.

The place was as described, but we did not relized it was up a long flight of stairs. The small couch is cute but is not made for relaxing very long. We did had an issue with the bedding, but it was corrected. We never could get the wifi to work, so we just tethered off of our phones for work during our stay.

Some of the towels, blankets and curtains are ripped or stained/potentially dirty from previous stays or lack of proper upkeep. There was a bit of dust and hair around the edges of each room as well upon arrival. Not sure where the disconnect is but I see it time and time again between owners, rental companies and service companies hired to maintain these properties. Just takes a little more effort all around. Thank you.

It was perfect walking distance to literally everything and is in the most beautiful part of town with historical landmarks right around the corner. The property management was amazing. (im directionally challenged if you will) but she offered to drive down immediately to help me get to the right street and was able to get us a discount for one of the nights! The only thing i wish was different was the couch and tv in the living room.. a little disappointing but it worked out because my boyfriend and I spent most of our time exploring the city anyways.
