From the moment you walk in the door of 2203 Island Club, you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views. Sip coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax with a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the ocean.

Don't be fooled by other supposedly oceanfront condos that are only in an oceanfront complex or have a glimpse of the ocean. Our villa is direct, oceanfront and has been totally remodeled.

Our non-smoking, pet-free villa can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests and offers easy access to the beach. Just take the elevator or steps downstairs to the beach walk and you are literally right there on the ocean. You can fish, sunbathe, and enjoy your day on the beach.

When you're done at the beach, you can enjoy all the amenities of Island Club, including three pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a gazebo, playground, basketball court, lagoon, and on-site bicycle rentals, or walk to putt-putt golf nearby.

For the same price you'd pay for a hotel on the beach in Hilton Head Island, you can enjoy a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished condominium with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, and oceanfront balcony.

Our villa is well-maintained and available for weekly, monthly or other vacation rentals and when you rent from us, we can help guide and direct you to the perfect vacation. We are the actual owners who have been enjoying Hilton Head for more than 30 years. This is an incredible property that was perfect for our family vacation. We have stayed in this complex before and this unit with its beautiful views of the beach and easy accessibility is definitely our favorite. Highly recommend.

The Hostess was all you could ask for! She answered our questions promptly, provided a shower seat for my husband who has Parkinson's and did all she could to make our stay a wonderful experience.

2nd stay

We came to the same condo last year and enjoyed so much we booked again. Everything was great. Very nice clean beach and kids love the pools. Grills and playground and lawn games are nice, the property is beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. Peaceful

Great place!

What a great place to stay for a beach vacation! Oceanfront, roomy, and quiet, with easy access to the extensive bike trail system! We would definitely stay there again.

This property and location was a most excellent experience! The owner was completely responsive and wonderful to chat with, and the friendliness of the staff was impeccable. We loved everything about this property… The fact that it was oceanfront, the fact that it was quiet and peaceful and residential, the fact that it had so many things available to us such as bike riding and tennis and swimming, we definitely have this listed as our number one choice for coming to Hilton Head in the future!

This condo was exactly as advertised and was very convenient to the beach. The beach views were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and it was the perfect beachfront condo. 10/10 recommend!!

A short walk to the beach

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island. The condo was in great condition. The beds and furniture were very comfortable.

We loved staying here and would stay again. Island club beach access, play/rec area, pools were great. Beautiful beach and fun location. The condo was clean and well stocked, just had to show up with our clothes and everything else was there for us. Kids (3+7) had a blast and the ocean views and balcony are awesome.

Thank you for your review. I will talk to the rental company that is supposed to be providing check in information as to why they don't give out the gate code. It might only be on the back of the parking pass which you receive when you arrive. Someone is supposed to always be available though to buzz you in if they aren't at the gate when you arrive. Then I thought they were supposed to let you know to stop by the gate and get your parking pass. Sorry the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been.

My husband and I live in Tipp City / Troy Ohio and have been vacationing on HHI for nearly 40 years! Our children grew up coming to Hilton Head Island and in 2003 we bought 2203 Island Club. With our children grown and needing more space, we purchased 139 Mooring Buoy in March 2021, so we could build a house that would accommodate more than 5 guests. We love HHI and consider the island our home away from home. I love helping guests make their stay spectacular whether it is in our villa or in our home.

We especially love Island Club because of it's central location. Located mid-island, Island Club provides easy access to either the north or south end of Hilton Head Island. In addition, Island Club has so many amenities. There are numerous tennis courts, a playground, BBQ grills, a gazebo, the lagoons, the pools, and of course the easy access to the beach. It is our little bit of paradise and when you select our property, you will be working with an owner that loves and cares about their property and wants you to love HHI as much as we do. In addition, you will be working with an owner that expects nothing but the best and sets high standards for the maintenance & care of their villa. Further, you will have the piece of mind of knowing there is a professional, on-site property management agent to take care of anything you need during your stay.
