Time for Sun & Fun!!! Vacation Time! In our Wonderful Condo

Our lovely and comfortable villa at the Island Club--The Little Gem By The Sea-- awaits your arrival! It is the perfect home away from home.

We call it Paradise and have vacationed here for over 40 years and have owned our villa for over 25!

Our villa boasts a newly renovated beautiful kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, both high end backsplash and granite countertops. Here you will find everything for your culinary needs, including a microwave, new stove and oven, full-size fridge, a new dishwasher, and new high efficiency washer and dryer. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dining and cooking tools. Exit the kitchen and to your right you’ll find the dining area with a new dining table. Walk further and you enter the living area. Our living area has a new sleeper sofa, tv, DVD/VCR player, and stereo and very comfortable seating. Through the sliding doors you’ll find yourself on our deck overlooking the beautiful lagoon – perfect for breakfast, viewing the wildlife, or just relaxing! Back inside you’ll find the fun guest bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, spacious closet, and brand-new TV. Our guest bathroom has been renovated and features new tile around the bathtub, vanity and commode. Our master suite boasts a king bed, TV, dresser, desk, relaxing chair for reading . A new walk-in shower with blueberry angel fish in the private renovated master bathroom awaits you and there is plenty of space in the walk-in closet!

Additional amenities include new bedding in both bedrooms, new air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, chairs for the beach, and a beach umbrella or two. We have sand toys for young children.

The beach is one of the finest, spacious and perfect for walking, biking, shelling, and spotting dolphins. The Island Club is a 30 acre family resort offering 24/7 security, 2 new state of the art pools with a spa and tanning shelf, 9 tennis courts, pickleball court, a playground, barbeque area, a beach front veranda, fitness center, green spaces, and the lagoons are perfect for fishing and duck watching!

June, July & first 2 weeks of August are Saturday to Saturday, 7 nights only.

Home away from home

Just a short walk to the beach or the pool. Spotless accommodations with all of the appliances and cookware needed for our stay. Nice porch overlooking a lagoon with turtles and ducks.

Great beach getaway

Beautiful condo, grounds, and beach

Location was convenient to surrounding community and to beach. The condo was clean and updated! Enjoyed our stay very much! Owner was always available for questions and was a great help to us. View of pond was relaxing and beautiful. Great place to stay!

Wonderful vacation

This condo had all the amenities one could ask for. It was clean and bright, with the added delight of all kinds wildlife out back in the lagoon to greet you every morning at coffee time!

Beautiful condo!!

This condo was amazing. It was clean and had an amazing selection of kitchen items. Just a short walk to the beach and there were beach chairs and toys available to use. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends.

Great condo for vacation

This place was great. It had everything we needed. The place was clean. Very nice condo community. Great beach and nice pool. The gym was nice to have as well. Barb was easy to contact. I would highly recommend Barb’s place.

A lovely property... close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach...both pool and beach were very accessible. Owner is amazing and communicative, she even messaged to check on us as the weather was bad. I would definitely use again

Great place to stay, will definitely stay again!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this is by far the best. The place was well stocked, and communication with the owner was seamless. If we had any questions or concerns the owner would answer us immediately. We liked that the beach was just a few steps away, bike rentals are on the property at the health club and the pool is very nice. We will definitely be back!

Love staying here!!

This condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Very tastefully decorated, well kept and immaculately clean. This was my fifth time to stay here, I feel like it is my Hilton Head home away from home! Barbara has made sure everything that might be needed is available. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores are all close by, very conveniently located. A great place to stay for your beach vacation!

Comfortable Villa

Beautiful and fairly convenient to anything on the island. Could be a little closer to the beach, but still a short and easy walk. Pool was a little cold as it wasn't as warm as expected. Still very nice and not uncomfortable.

First vacationed on HHI April of 1977 and knew it would be my forever vacation spot. My children were young and now the grandchildren love it too! Cannot keep my toes out of the sand. The Island has a special magic and it sings to me.
