Welcome to Ocean Villa #A110 @ Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort! Located at Folly Field Beach. The perfect central location to all things HHI!!
Resort has direct Beach Access. No need to get in a car or ride a bike to the beach!!

This 1st Floor Condo - was just renovated with so many new things, it is just incredible...things such as; new flooring, bathroom, queen sleeper sofa and dining set and a fresh coat of paint! The Villa includes a luxurious Queen Size Bed with matching nightstands in the bedroom. The bathroom was updated with new double vanities, toilet, separate sink, and an amazing Walk-in Tiled Shower....as well as Large Double Closet in hallway

The Condo has a smart-size kitchen with full-size appliances that allow for much more storage and cooking area as well as granite counter tops. Coffee Pot/K Cup combo maker. Beach Condo has the upgraded "open bedroom" concept which allows for much more room to move about compared to many of the other one bedroom ocean villas.

TV's: 32" (bedroom) (streaming services only) and 55" (living room) TVs have also been installed. Free Wi-Fi is available for each unit.

All of this is only a short walk to the Beach and this Island's Largest Outdoor Pool (125 yards).

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is located on mid island and is one of the few true beachfront complexes in Hilton Head. The resort is loaded with amenities which include the largest beachfront pool on the island, a second smaller and more private pool by Admiral’s Row, a Tiki bar (Jamaica Joe'z) and ice cream/snow cone stand conveniently located between the pool and the beach, 8 lighted tennis courts & 8 Pickleball courts), a playground and grilling area, 2 restaurants (CocoNutz Sports Bar & Gator’s Pizza & Wings), a gym, and laundry facilities located in each Ocean Villa building. It truly offers everything so you really don’t need to leave the resort. There is also bike rental on site.

BEACH GEAR: 2-Beach Chairs - we ask if used, please make sure they are washed at the end of your stay and put back in the closet.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Starter Sets - Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway. You will have to purchase a money card to use for service at the Convention Center Hallway. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-NO E-BIKES: Not allowed past Security Gate. There is a Rack outside the gate for them to be locked to.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
