With plenty of lounge seating, the swimming pool complex offers a hot tub, cold tub, grill and picnic area, a play yard, and a children's pool - all anchored by an impressive zero entry sparkling blue swimming pool.

Located on the 4th floor at Market Street Inn, this 1BR-2BA condo offers a spectacular view of the tropical pool complex. Recently updated with relaxation in mind, the tasteful décor reflects peaceful coastal colors in muted tones. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV-DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped for ease with meal preparation. The bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Conveniently located for guest’s use is an additional full bath with a shower. For added convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.

Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a childrens’ playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events. Fireworks are a weekly treat on summer nights. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
