Welcome to La Vista Blanc, a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the beautiful Scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. This downstairs unit is pet friendly (1 dog allowed) and offers easy access to the Mammoth Community Recreation Center and hockey rink, Snowcreek Golf Course, Mammoth Creek Park, and the free Red Line shuttle.

Both bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, large windows, and plenty of storage. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom—also with a shower—is conveniently located between the guest bedroom and living room. Please note: this condo does not have a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, along with a small dining table for casual meals. After a day of adventure, relax in the inviting living room with a remote-controlled electric fireplace and comfortable seating.

La Vista Blanc offers great community amenities, including a summertime heated pool, year-round spa, BBQ area, and coin-operated laundry facilities. From here, you'll be close to events at Mammoth Creek Park, fishing along Mammoth Creek, bike paths, and shuttle access for exploring town and the mountain.

This condo is a welcoming year-round retreat for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy everything Mammoth Lakes and the Eastern Sierra have to offer.

Great ski vacation

Great location. Cozy apartment with everything you need for a ski vacation. The two bedrooms are very private and they have their own bathroom. Jacuzzi after skiing was great!

Great location and had what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We got in late on a Friday night and the ease of check-in was very much appreciated because of how tired we were. The place had everything we needed and was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. The unit was quiet even though it was busy in the complex. That chair by the fireplace is magical! We fell asleep in it multiple times while watching TV!

Cute unit

Near to shopping, restaurants and walkkng pathway. Unfortunately there was a large construction project underway right in front of the deck.

Nice clean condo

This is a nice cozy place. King bed is very comfortable. That's a big bonus because most rentals don't have comfortable beds. The place is a little small so 4 people are good but 6 would be tight. Kudos to the cleaning team. Towels, paper towels, soaps, etc. Management responded quickly to my questions and requests Overall, great stay. I would recommend.

Holiday Family Trip

My family and I have been coming to mammoth for over 30 years and we have rented dozens and dozens of different places throughout the years and have gone back to rent the same places from previous trips a number of times when they are available, however we would not stay here again.. The location of this place is great, as it is close to everything in mammoth in terms of groceries, Eagle and the Village. With that said, this place is pretty tired and definately needs some love. While every place is unique and is not expected to be perfect, there are two things that stood out to us at this condo. First is the general cleanliness of the place. While the place was not dirty, the best way to describe is probably dingy. Very dark in the condo and it generally needs some love in the hygene department. For example, every wall is needs to be painted and there are visible dirty walls in the bathroom where it looks like moisture or rust has been dripping on the walls. Again, the place is clean but doesnt give you a feeling like you want to take your shoes off and relax. The second is the Wifi situation. The condo has 3 smart TVs and the TVs run on the a wifi cable system yet the wifi speed is not suited to actually handle the download speeds required and so the TVs or your cell phone are constantly buffering to clean up the signal. Trying to watch a movie or a football game etc is impossible. I guess you can argue that your in the mountains and so maybe you should just enjoy nature, but come on, this day in age a reliable TV and wifi system is kind of table stakes in any VRBO or hotel you are at.

Stay @ Le Vista Blanc

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo! It had everything we could ever need & we loved the location! The furniture and such in the condo was dated, but clean & comfortable. I would suggest, however, that you place grab bars in the showers. Otherwise, no suggestions for improvement! We had a great stay!

Not for review

The owners need to fix both toilets. One rocks and can be dangerous. The other will not flush and needs to have the flushing kit to fix it.

Comfy Condo Getaway

Great location. Love the park, creek and bike path being in walking distance. Market and restaurants just around the corner. Pretty location . Charming space, with a well stocked kitchen. Love the king bed We would love to stay here again. The Turner Family
