Barnstable County has to offer for a total of 7 Salt Water and 5 Fresh water Beaches.

Terrific stay again

We love returning to this great house and property with our grandchildren . They love the backyard and playscape.Dining area large enough to accomadate us all and Craig s beach is perfect for young families Mystic also very nearby with lots of places to eat

Relaxing family vacay

This was our 3 rd year staying with our children and young grandkids in this home . It’s clean , lovely gathering place for all of us and well equipped with great back yard. Responsive hosts for any issues .

A great family week in the Cape

Very well kept lovely and comfortable property .very well equipped kitchen for all your needs . Children love the back yard and playscape The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with for any issues This has been our third year returning

Fun Family Vacation

Property was clean, fully stocked kitchen and supplies. It was very comfortable, had a great big yard for kids to play. It was close to beaches, baseball games, stores and bike path. We cooked on the grill, had a fire in fire pit and made lots of great memories! Thank you Charlene and Bill!

Beach town getaway!

This property was the best VRBO we have ever reserved! EVERYTHING you could possibly need was included! Even sofas and throws were the most comfortable ever! We will definitely be back. Charlene was very responsive! Place is immaculate. Perfect for us!

Well equipped and comfortable

Had a great time here with my family including six adults and two children--4 and 1 yrs. We would definitely consider staying here again.The host welcomed us with a gift basket. The house is very well equipped with kitchen gadgets and for the beach, but does not have other toys/games for rainy days. All the beds were comfortable and accommodated our group well. There was a big walk in closet in one of the rooms that was great for the baby's naps. If we had any 'complaints' it would be that there are some glass tables that aren't super baby friendly, no plastic/kid friendly dishware, no bath tub, and there is a contractor's business next door with lots of truck beeping noises that spoiled the serenity of the great outdoor setup the house has. But these issues definitely wouldn't keep us from coming back.

Lovely home

Beautiful home, very clean, lovely backyard. My kids spent so much time on the swing set/play area in the back yard. The home has everything you could need for a lovely vacation. The only downside is the noise from the street. You could hear it in the master bedroom, it’s a bit quieter in the backyard. We also preferred the beaches in other parts of the cape to Craigsville beach.

Another great week

Our family returned to this property for many reasons . It’s a perfect home for the young children with backyard and playscape , large dining area, modern kitchen and proximity to craigsville beach which is family friendly . Very modern inviting home

Great house!

This house is really spacious. We traveled with friends and never felt like we were on top of each other. There were 5 kids under 8 with us who loved the outdoor space. The downstairs queen bed is really high off the ground so keep that in mind with young ones, and we really needed a step stool to accommodate the kids at sinks but otherwise it was perfect. The house is conveniently located and we had a blast beach hopping and checking out areas of the cape we hadn’t been to before. Check-in was so smooth and the communication was excellent. We loved it!

Wonderful vacation home

We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The house was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the backyard with Playscape and ample space to run around . Well equipped kitchen and loved the large dining table which fit all 9 of us for Birthday celebration and meals !

Perfection

We enjoyed every moment we spent here! House had everything we needed And then some! So large we were able to have relatives visit us in a homey setting rather than in a motel room! This place was perfect and I will be looking to rent it again!

Amazing family getaway

This house was truly a great find. Not only was the home immaculate, but was completely stocked with everything we could ever possibly need - pots, pans, dishes, glasses, down to the beach chairs and toys. The outdoor area was one of the best that we've ever seen. There was a surplus of seating, an amazing fire pit and a huge yard and swingset for the kids to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stay

We rented this property for a week with good friends. The property was exactly as described, very roomy and came stocked with all essentials and more to cook great meals have a fun week at the beach on the Cape. House was very clean upon arrival, everything is brand new. The location is good vs local attractions and beaches however there is some background noise from nearby road. A few points of note: dimmers on some lights would be great and instructions on disposal of recyclable garbage such as plastics would be much appreciated.

Large beautiful home

We rented this home for the week of 4th of July. We absolutely loved this rentsl! This home is large! We had 9 total people and were very comfortable. The pictures do not show how large this house actually is. The kitchen is large and stocked with anything you can possibly need to cook and prepare food. We were able to cook a lobster dinner for 15 people and had everything we needed! The yard is large and private. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels available to use. The beds were comfortable and each room has a large closet. The management company was great to work with and responded to any questions we had very quickly. Great location, 10 min to downtown Hyannis and 10 min to Craigsville beach. There is a parking pass for the beaches ($20 to park each time if you dont have one). The only negative is the road in front is busy and there is some road noise but its not that bad. The front is all fenced off from the road and the driveway entrance is behind the home with a nice tree lined driveway off a less busy road. The front and back yard is fenced off with a privacy fence and is very nicely landscaped. The home is 2 story with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath down and 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath up. One of the rooms has 3 twin beds and is plenty big enough for 3 people. All the rooms have a good size tv with cable. The leather couches and chair in the livingroom all recline for a total of 5 recliners. We have friends that live on Cape Cod that came over for dinner, the loved the home and we all agree that we would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a vacation home in this area.

Vacation rental

House is very, very nice with large fenced in yard for kids to play. Really cute bedroom for the young ones and the grandkids liked having their own special room. Supplied with beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend.
