Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally maintained and inspected after every stay. Please shower before use and do not enter with sand, oils, lotions, food, or beverages. A $350 restoration fee applies for misuse or contamination requiring extra servicing.



Movie Theater Room: Includes [your streaming setup — SMART TV, surround sound, streaming apps]. Please treat equipment with care.



Pool Table & Game Room: For use by all guests. Please return equipment to its proper place after use.

Noise: This is a residential neighborhood — please be mindful of noise levels after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors.
