On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
The property has a professional housekeeper on-site Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The housekeeper is present for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence on the property during these hours.
Privacy is always respected.

House Rules & Important Notes

Signed rental agreement (names & ages) + photo ID required within 24 hours

$500 security deposit hold + $37 admin fee

Quiet hours: 8pm–6am

Guests must secure all windows/doors when leaving

Open-air home except A/C in bedrooms—bedroom doors must remain closed while A/C is running

Third-party travel insurance required for non-policy cancellations

No pets, smoking, loud music, parties, events, or commercial photography

Guest verification via Truvi required prior to arrival

Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10AM.

Costa Rica can experience occasional power outages in rainy season—flashlights provided; no refunds for acts of nature

One security camera views driveway/front entrance only
