The Space:

Get ready for an incredible vacay at The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach C201. This magnificent Gulf-front condo, located in a private gated community, is in the perfect location right on 30A! Take in coastal breezes, enjoy strolls along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, and watch gorgeous sunsets as each day comes to a close. It really doesnā€™t get much better!



The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach C201 is a stunning villa with three bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to eight. New furnishings and luxurious finishes only enhance the gorgeous open-concept living/dining area bathed in colors of the sand and sea. Prepare meals for a crowd in the newly upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy snacks or a board game at the breakfast bar or the dining table with seating for eight. The living room is perfect for a movie night with a 60ā€ HD led flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, and DVR with internet connectivity. Take in fantastic views of the Gulf from the spacious, private balcony, readily accessible from the living area. When the day is done, retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed and adjoining dressing area complete with an en suite bath with a jetted tub. A second suite houses a king-sized bed, while the third suite features two queen-sized beds. Youā€™ll find new, upgraded 32ā€ LCD flat-screen TVs with DVD players in all three bedrooms.



A great place to start your adventures is Gulf Place, located right across the street. Filled with galleries, shops, and restaurants, you can spend hours browsing and taking in the scenery. Bicycle rental is available with free delivery to the condo, so get out and explore via the Timpoochee Trail, a beautiful 19-mile paved path that passes through the towns on 30A!



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.



Please note: There is $10/missing wristband charge if all are not returned to property. Beach service is offered through 30A Shade, reservations must be made 24 hours in advance.



The fireplace is not in use for guests.

Wonderful view of the Gulf. Daily morning walks on the beach were easy to access.Well appointed living and sleeping areas and updated bathrooms. Nearby restaurants within walking distance gave us lots of good choices.Looking forward to our next visit.

Dirty and worn

I planned this trip to celebrate my Momā€™s retirement. My family and I have been visiting Santa Rosa Beach for 30 years and know the area well. I chose the Villas for proximity to the beach and an upscale, luxurious experience to treat my Mom and was more than willing to pay a premium. I was very disappointed that all of the rugs and furniture in the condo were extremely dirty. We did not feel comfortable walking around without shoes. Scuffs and paint chips covered the condo and have not been touched in years.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness (especially given the price of this condo) as the majority of soft surfaces and furniture were in rough shape. We didnā€™t feel comfortable walking inside the condo without shoes. Lots of scuffs and paint chips throughout the condo that clearly havenā€™t been touched in years.

Our stay at this wonderful property was truly memorable. The location and view are fantastic, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our visit special. Property is in the best location. Phenomenal beach is literally just steps away. Condo is very spacious and decorated well. Some of the furniture was a little beat up but that was a minor thing compared to how nice the place is.

Santa Rosa Condos Never Disappoint

Seventh time in the area and we have always had an amazing time! Location, fabulous. Walk to eat at good restaurants and to have great coffee as well as incredible ice cream. Love this place!

Family Beach Vacation

The Villas at Santa Rosa Beach was a perfect location for our family of 5. I could sit on the balcony and see my family on the beach. We were close enough to come back for food/beverages/ restrooms. We rented beach chairs for the week (which I'll admit were a little costly) but not having to haul things back and forth was great. We were within walking distance to several dining options and dessert places. The bedrooms were all spacious and laid out nicely. The kitchen cookware was lacking if you plan on doing any in house cooking (no whisk, clunky spatula and spoon). The living room furniture was very worn with a rip in the ottoman and a wheel that kept falling off. All in all, we had a great trip and location could not have been better.

Wonderful place for a vacation experience

This property exceeded our expectations with its prime beachfront location and seamless vacation experience. The "right on the beach" description was absolutely accurate ā€“ we could step out and be on the sand within moments, making it incredibly convenient for beach days with the family.The location struck the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. While we enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings thanks to respectful, quiet neighbors, we were never far from great dining and shopping options. The easy access to local restaurants and shops meant we could grab a quick bite or pick up beach essentials without any hassle.Our host was exceptional throughout our stay, responding promptly to any questions we had. This level of communication made the entire experience stress-free and helped us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views

First time staying here. Nice size condo with beautiful views. Very nice bathrooms. The outside of condo could benefit from more lighting. The only negative was the early am construction crew that arrived at 6:50 am directly above us; lasted the entire morning; issue resolved afterwards.

The View You Dream

Great unit with a dream view. A penthouse cruise ship view with the space of a home. You will think you are at sea until you walk to the balcony and see the sand. Beautiful primary suite and spacious living areas. Host was very well organized and communicated well. We definitely will be back!

Fantastic location on 30A with gorgeous view. Unit is a bit tired but well equipped. Some gentle suggestions: A new welcome mat would make a better first impression. Lovely soaking tub in Master bath but no apparent stopper. Pillows and slip covers in living room could be replaced. Otherwise, a perfect location near several excellent restaurants.

New Years Getaway

We loved the condo! Spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The view and location were excellent and we would stay at this unit again. There were a few minor issues and maintenance was prompt and friendly. My only suggestion is that they include more written instructions in the unit (for using TV, hurricane door, etc.) but otherwise it was wonderful!

Such a beautiful condo.. it was perfect for our holiday! The decor is darling and has such an inviting appeal. Listening to the ocean 24/7 was a spectacular highlight. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend!!

Lovely - in the heart of Santa Rosa

This condo worked really well for a girls weekend of 5. Comfy bedrooms - each w en suite. Wish the place has a hot tub! Beach view and access was great as was proximity to restaurants and shopping which was across the street! Enjoyed seaside wine festival too! Would have been nice if condo had been stocked w at least Kuerig coffee and beach towels or chairs- if you fly in hard to enjoy beach w/put any beach stuff. Overall great- I will say the gates to get in and gate to beach were a little difficult w multiple codes.

Awesome vacation!

We loved this property! We had such a great family vacation. The condo has a beautiful view and a great layout. Very spacious and clean. Easy beach access. The only issue with the property is The pool is very small and mostly shaded. But we spent all our time at the beach since the weather was perfect. We definitely want to return next year!

Beautiful home, immaculate layout and well designed/stocked, but ā€œprivate beach non-existentā€

Great home, large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, close proximity to shops and restaurants. Only two complaints: shower in one bathroom did not function entire stay, required order of replacement part that did not arrive during stay, no communication prior to stay regarding issue, ā€œprivate beachā€ for condo property not enforced. Property is adjacent to public beach and condo properties contracted beach service allows access and set up to non-guests of property. Property only has 24 units, but beach service set up three rows of umbrellas and chairs every day > 60 set ups. Rules in condo stated yellow bracelets required for pool and beach access, not adhered or monitored. Also, day camps used the beach every day. (Not in public beach area, but on private beach area - very crowded).
