Luxury Downtown Traverse City Condo-Capri 2

Thank you for the feedback. I would agree with parking. The location is great so parking is slim. We are lucky we are the only condo that even has some free parking that close to downtown. As far as the smoking smell. Yes I was mortified as I was there before he checked in and after and never smelled smoke. I am an asthmatic and severely allergic to smoke. I thought maybe it was another condo above us or below us. We contacted our association as the entire building is non- smoking. We found no evidence of smoke. When I arrived on his departure there was no smell of smoke. The shower curtain had just been washed with the floor mats. There was no odor of smoke so they were not thrown away. We have never had a complaint of any of our condos smelling like smoke so I am still confused. As an owner I am still very shocked. You can be assured that smoking is not allowed in the entire building, it is not allowed on the balcony and it’s clearly marked where someone can smoke.

A couple of things on this review. First we appreciate you staying at the condo. - In regards to the handicap spot our association did give them a citation (it’s simply a warning, not a ticket or fee of any kind) . They didn’t see any form of handicap license plate or hang tag. I reached out to the guest to get their plate # so we could guarantee that they were not towed. I worked with our association and towing company to make sure they did not tow which they didn’t, I also gave them a pass as back up in case the one handicap spot was taken. The guest had a spot every time they parked, -It is clearly stated that it is 3 floors up without an elevator. -I am not sure which keypad. The external one is lit up well by outdoor lights and our condo door inside is very lit up. (I never heard from the guest so we could assist) - There is a large kitchen rug. I am in the condo on almost every turnover and I have never seen a “lift”’on one side or I would make sure it’s fixed or removed. Also please reach out to my husband or I before you book if you have questions, during the stay and I am sure we would have been able to fix almost all of these immediately like I did with the parking situation so you were not ticketed or towed.
