The views from the condo are perfect. The location is great with shops, restaurants and activities right next to the property. The beach and pool are great and the condo has everything you need including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. For us, being this close to the ocean, shops and restaurants was why we decided on this condo and we were really glad that we did.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We even saw dolphins one day from the balcony.The views from every room are breathtaking. It was a very well appointed condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.Bonnie B

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The views are amazing with a very convenient location for shopping, dining and swimming. The snorkeling next to Black Rock was great with lots of fish and several sea turtles. The only issue was the door code did not work when we first arrived, so we had to contact the point person and get a new code.

This property is absolutely stunning. I literally broke down in tears when we first looked out the window. The beauty of the location, the landscape, and the condo itself were breathtaking. Only issue may have been that it was difficult to go out on excursions... because we were already standing in arguably the best spot on the island. We also felt very cared for and communication with the owner was excellent.

This condo is an absolute gem! The location simply can't be beat, and the ocean views and sunsets were incredible every single evening. We loved being on a lower floor—it was so easy to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator, making trips to the beach and Whalers Village effortless.The condo was exactly as advertised: spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, welcoming, and great to work with throughout our stay.We were genuinely sad to leave and are already talking about our next trip back. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Kāʻanapali, this is it. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. Everything was as advertised on VRBO. Great place for our group of 5. The roll away bed was small, but comfortable for my son.

Perfect

We were there during the big Kona storm and could not leave the condo as much as we wanted to. That being said, we were so grateful to have such a beautiful place to be stuck in! Check in was a breeze. We were given a contact person, and he was very responsive through out stay. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to stay in Kaanapali

We loved our stay at Whaler in Kaanapali! This condo was perfect for our family. You can’t beat the location and the view. It had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager was exceptional. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in Maui.

Unit was amazing. Just high enough not to hear the day to day hustle, but low enough to use the stairs instead of the elevator if you wanted. Sunset views were stunning!

Our family of 5 had an amazing 6 days in this unit at The Whaler! It's a corner unit, so the VIEWS are awesome to Black Rock and to the ocean!!! Beds are comfortable and the roll away bed was helpful. My family loved the hot tub and pool . The kitchen was stocked. They provided 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. This is truly ocean front! Only about 5 steps to the sand! The best part is the amazing views! Stunning sunsets every night! If you want to be in the heart of Kaanapali Beach, this is the best place! You can walk to Whaler Village and we even got picked up for our snorkel excursion right in from of our condo!!! We played tennis 2 days at the property, they will provide rackets and balls! We hope to come back and stay here again! Phenomenal views!

Absolutely perfect... The condo was spacious and comfortable. The wrap around balcony was amazing for ocean and mountain views. Some of the best snorkeling is right on Kaanapali beach. Whaler's village was a short walk for restaurants and shopping. We are already planning our next visit.

What a beautiful, comfortable unit! We had everything we needed to feel right at home- from beach to kitchen supplies, they are stocked! We loved being on the 5th floor, corner unit. We could easily walk up and down the stairs to the beach or the whaler. Heather and Charles were very receptive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Location, Property, Condo. Views were amazing. Best Sunsets and breeze. Not too high and not too low. You can hear the waves crashing lightly as sleep. Worth the dollars. The balcony and corner location were a bonus.

Best Location on Maui

This was a perfect location for a relaxing vacation for my mother and I. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. It was very easy to simply walk next door to Whalers Village and get dinner. We also especially enjoyed having both ocean and Mountain views.

BEST Location in Maui

Beautiful property!!! This property is probably one of the best in Maui. So close (2 min walk) to all the shops and restaurants and literally right on the beach! The view is spectacular. Property was clean and very spacious for my family of 5! Highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back!
