Unit was gorgeous. But upon unpacking noticed things were still in the bathroom from someone else and trash in the cabinet above the stove. Vinyl floors are warping and could not for the life of 5 of us open the master balcony door. We do understand there will be wear and tear on unit being used consistently, so overall we had an amazing time at Sterling Breeze 401! Great community the host as well. We would definitely come back!

The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. Parking was never an issue. We received several emails/texts from the host prior to checking in. Everything went so well and we highly recommend this host and unit.

We had the absolute best vacation staying in this condo. No complaints. The condo was above and beyond with every detail. The setup of the condo was so spread out and such a nice floor plan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great experience!

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony! Easy access to the beach and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub during the colder December weather. Condo was very clean with a nice layout and plenty of room. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Sterling Breeze was great, we had amazing view of the ocean, beautiful sand and beach!! We recommend this place , was very clean and spacious for our family, everything you need, exactly like in the description and checking in was very easy!!

Great Condo

We enjoyed staying at Sterling Breeze. Our condo was clean, well taken care of and had lots of space. Great location being close to Pier Park. We definitely would stay here again.

First time we have seen the amount of wild life from room. Room was very clean and together. This was a very pleasant trip. Stayed extra night.

Perfection

We visit PCB several times a year and this is by far one of our favorite condos. It is a great location and easily accessible. Gorgeous decor, extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book here again.

Great condo!!

I was hesitant on the condo bc walking through sterling breeze was a little out dated but the condo was up to date, beautiful, clean and a fantastic view looking out to the ocean! :) it was close to fun activities and seemed to be a safe area in the evenings! I definitely recommend staying here!!

The location of Sterling Breeze to restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops is perfect. The pool is always clean and I would encourage guests to have a good conversation with Mrs. Barbara. She cleans the pool and does an excellent job. We like Sterling Breeze because there is not another high rise condo to the left and so it is less crowded.

Great

Overall experience was great. The first two days were a little rainy and the water wasn’t pretty, but it cleared it and we had an awesome stay. Rooms were very clean with spectacular views.

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Delightful Stay

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. Everyone that worked there was very friendly. We loved the condo. Very tastefully decorated and everything we needed. Love working with Warren Beach rentals. If there are any issues they are quick to respond and fix it. Can't wait for next year.

Great Place

The property inside was clean and nicely appointed, unfortunately the floor of the balcony was very dirty. To such an extent that it came in on the bottom of your shoes - shame as the appartment is beautifully turned out.
