The best 1br unit at Phoenix V!!



This Phoenix V condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bbq-ing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. Enjoy a nap on the large chair in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo was recently renovated with new granite countertops, new custom cabinets, new living room furniture and tile throughout. We think its one of a kind at Phoenix V!!



Our condo is located in the center of the building on the 6th floor, not a far walk from the elevators. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Shipā€™s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. Itā€™s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Parking: You must purchase your parking pass upon arrival, it is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 1br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase one parking pass, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great place for a small family

The place was even better in person with new bedding and the removal of an oversized chair as shown in pictures. The splash pad was a great addition for toddlers! We will be back!

Awesome view and great condo.

The condo was clean. The location and view were great. I wish we would have had a broom in the condo for sweeping up the sand and more than one dish towel. Other than the kitchen being semi-stocked everything was great.

This property was a great experience. The only recommendation I have at this time is to update the television to smart tvs so that you can watch your regular platforms on days you want to stay inside.

Winter escape

Nice condo right on the water. Lot's of dolphin activity. This condo is directly above the splash park so you will hear the buckets dump water every 30 seconds. For some reason it came on at 5 am. We did get used to it after a while

Wonderful condo with Amazing views!! Bed was very comfortable and everything was well stocked for our arrival. The only trouble we had was only 2 of the 4 elevators were working so commute floor to floor was difficult.

Nice place!

The condo was exactly like the listing. It fit our family needs just fine. The only minor issue is that The pull out bed in the couch was uncomfortable and had some ā€œholeā€ areas that you would sink into, but overall was fine for my 10yr old to sleep on by herself. The condo was clean and check in was easy. The resort wasnā€™t very busy so elevators were very quick. Would stay again but would bring my own air mattress since the pull out only slept 1 person.

Great trip

The condo and our stay was amazing!!! The condo is super clean and has you will need for a great stay!! Donā€™t forget to check to outdoor closet for beach toys. The only thing that was missing is that huge oversized napping chair. It has been replaced with a recliner it was comfy but I was looking forward to reading in the great oversized chair. Also, the microwave might need to be replaced it takes a while to heat your food and it is very loud. The bed is also very comfortable.

Clean but outdated

Place was mostly clean. If you want to cook, bring your own supplies. Could not find a can opener or baking sheet. And only 6 forks meant washing them after every meal. Clothes dryer would not stay running. Appreciate the smart tv in the living room, but it did not have Youtube TV app installed and would not let us install it without a password. Not worth the money.

Reviewer Comments: We definitely enjoyed the unit but the property is under some major lobby renovations. Unloading & loading of luggage was not desirable & 2 out of the 4 elevators were not working. That was a hassle in itself. Pool area nice & renting the beach chairs were great. That little fella was a joy to work with. If we decide to stay there again I will definitely check to make sure the renovation/construction process is over.

Borderline Scam

The unit we rented simply looks great in the listing, completely different unit in person. ā€˜You can log into your Netflixā€™ ā€˜updated appliancesā€™ ā€˜newly renovatedā€™ is all lies, the TV in the bedroom did not work, the actual TVs as well as the satellite service came from 2007. There was mold on the faucet, and inside the shower curtain, there was stained linen in the bathroom, bugs in the unit and on the front door every time we came home. The dryer hasnā€™t had its clean trap actually cleaned in what seemed to be years. The general audience for this property is families with kids, canā€™t fault that, but when teenagers go and steal your stuff it makes it that much worse. Security? Did not want to help one bit. The property is horrible, when you come in from the beach they have taped the door that is CRACKED in order to say they fixed it. The indoor area immediately in front of the door leading out smells like pure mildew. We simply paid for the view of the ocean which is amazing. We would not choose Phoenix 5 again, this is coming from a current employee of a Phoenix condo.

The condo was as advertised and perfect for a couple. However it wasnā€™t ideal for my two daughters and me. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We had three towels for three people for three nights, I donā€™t know about others but when Iā€™m on vacation I like to sleep comfortably not with three people in a bed and I donā€™t want to have to wash towels every day. The only thing that needs work is the attention to detail for number of quests that are to be staying and length of stay.
