Welcome to Blue Surf 7, a relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in the heart of Scenic Gulf Drive. Enjoy close access to the pool and beach, great local restaurants, then relax on your balcony or patio to enjoy the sunset.

Blue Surf Unit 7 townhome has been completely remodeled: new kitchen with granite counter tops, birch cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is well stocked including pots and pans, dishes, crock pot, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, grilling tools, etc. There is also seating for 6 so that families can enjoy meals together while on vacation.

This location also has private FREE WI-FI for faster connection speed.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size mattress, flat screen TV and large closet with sliding doors leading to your private patio and new patio furniture to enjoy while drinking your morning coffee. The sliding doors also have black out curtains for privacy and those who want a little extra sleeping time in the mornings.

Upstairs boasts a large living space with a new furniture. There is also a new 50 in. flat screen smart TV.

Off the living room you will walk out the sliding glass doors onto the balcony, which will overlook the Blue Surf courtyard and have a perfect view of the Gulf. Enjoy your lunch, read a book, or just sit back and relax and catch your breath and enjoy the view.

You will also find a large primary bedroom with a king size mattress, plantation shutters, plenty of storage for your clothes and a large closet space. There is also a TV in the primary bedroom.

The 2 bedrooms are on opposites sides of the condo and even on different floors, providing the most privacy for the sleeping areas.

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled with large vanities and showers. The upstairs primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The downstairs bath has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors.

We also offer an inflatable queen size air mattress that fits perfectly in the living room for extra sleeping space.

There is a frontload washer & dryer on first floor level as well for your convenience.

A new HVAC system was installed in 2022.

The Blue Surf complex has been a favorite of travelers for years.
The small size of the complex, with only 34 units, makes for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all guests no matter what the age.

You will enjoy the beautiful landscaping of Blue Surf whether you are sitting on your balcony or hanging out in the courtyard. There is plenty of space to throw a Frisbee or football, a seasonally heated pool and incredible accessibility to the Emerald Coast white sand as far as you can see. You can even enjoy a game of shuffleboard on the newly resurfaced court! All of this comes with the sound of the waves in the background, it will be sure to meet your expectations for a relaxing get away.

Pompano Joe's restaurant is right across the street for easy access to great food and drinks with Happy Hour daily from 2p-4p with great food and beverage discounts.

This unit also comes with 2 reserved spaces for parking conveniently right outside the front door.

All of our units at Blue Surf offer beach service for our guests. Beach service is 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily for you during your visit. Service dates: March 1 - October 31st. ($75/day value) Having the beach service provided with your booking is a great amenity for our guests.
