Alexandra was a fantastic guest! She maintained great communication before and during her stay, followed all house rules and departure instructions perfectly, and left the cottage in wonderful condition. We would be thrilled to host her and her family again anytime!

Frankie was, without a doubt, the perfect guest. We wish all our guests were as respectful, cooperative, and helpful as he was! Frankie took great care of our property, leaving it immaculate. More impressively, when he encountered the unexpected issue of the smart lock battery needing replacement, he immediately brought it to our attention and insisted on taking care of it himself to prevent any further inconvenience. We intentionally choose to equip the home with commercial-grade Maytag laundry units and GE Profile kitchen appliances. While they may have a more classic look, they are premium, heavy-duty machines selected specifically for their superior performance and durability in a vacation rental setting—far outlasting and outperforming many newer, less durable models. We also recently added the above-range microwave as an updated primary unit, keeping the secondary countertop model as a handy bonus for extra convenience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the good location and the pool and hot tub area, but we are genuinely sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. Regarding the golf cart, it is provided as a complimentary amenity for our guests. While it is normally fully functional—as many of our past reviews can attest—mechanical issues can occasionally arise unexpectedly, and we deeply regret that it was out of service during your visit. We also wish you had reached out to us about the air conditioning during your first night. Because the home goes into an energy-saving eco-mode when unoccupied, it can occasionally take a little longer to cool down upon arrival, especially during warmer months. However, had we known you were uncomfortable, our maintenance team would have been happy to troubleshoot the unit immediately to ensure you were resting comfortably in the king master bed. For future reference and for other guests, the walk to the beach is within a safe, gated community with a private entrance, and many guests enjoy the stroll. Alternatively, personal vehicles can also be parked just a minute away from the beach entrance parking spaces. Lauren was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the booking process. She planned well ahead, inquiring about the coffee maker type and parking availability for their extra vehicles. It was clear they were organized and considerate of the space. Their use of the golf cart for shuttling around was a great way to navigate the property! Even better, Lauren was proactive in letting me know about a couple of minor maintenance issues they encountered during their stay. The fact that they informed me well in advance allowed me to address the problems before the next guests arrived later that same day.
