Kubbin' in the Dells

We came to the Dells for the forat ever WI State kubb tournament. It was a wonderful stay and comfortable rooms. The staff was accessible and courteous!

Well there is a full kitchen but nothing to cook with nothing to eat on no blow dryer the website does not show the outside very rundown. By far the worst thing I ever spent 800.00 on !!

Misleading

I was surprised that this rental was part of a motel. I thought it was a studio rental. The shower flooded the bathroom because the shower floor and bathroom floor are flush with each other. To get more towels we had to trade the towels that we were using to build a damn to keep the water in the shower as much as we could. We had to sweep and take out our garbage when we left and for the price we shouldnā€™t have to do our own clean up. The room itself was newly remodeled and very nice and a quiet location but I was disappointed in the way it was portrayed and it was something completely different. Plus you could use the kayaks there for free but there was only 2 so we never got to use them.

Better than expected

After years of being a general contractor and an inspector I can't go anywhere without looking at all the little details. The room looked recently renovated and all the work looked like it was done pretty well. Clean and appealing. Just so happened to have the place almost to ourselves coming in right as season started. Owner was cool and friendly. Great view of the lake and a beach to hangout on. Plus everywhere I wanted to go was within 10 minutes. If I go back to the dells I'm staying here again.

Awesome view

We came down in the end of winter, no one else in the whole place which was quite nice. It was 50 degrees outside but the sun came up over the water. Oh did I say waterfront lodging, yes we were 5 feet away from the lake. Roomā€™s were recently Remodeled and with stainless appliances and comfy beds. Very clean and again a great view every time you look outside the East wall which is all windows by the way. Only bad thing I can say about the place is the curtains didnā€™t fully cover the huge windows so I am one of those people that think people are watching me through the curtains haha. Host was prompt and nice. No contact check in which was nice since it seemed like the host was a Busy mother and business woman. Awesome experience over all town was close and easy to find all your need close by. Great restaurants near by to!!

The property was clean & comfortable for the 3 days that we stayed. The location was ideal & the lake view was spectacular. The employees were kind & attentive. We will be back soon!

Couples getaway

Rented for a couples getaway. Great price considering how expensive the dells can be. We were able to use the kayaks for free and rented the pantoon boat which was reasonably priced. Only issue was the layout of the room. One room had the only air conditioning unit and the bathroom in it. After the second night we had to keep the door open so the other couple could actually get some air otherwise they were in a sweat box. The outside could use some sprucing up to match the renovation insides of the room.
