As soon as you arrive on this 8-acre lakeside estate, you know you’re in a special place. A long tree-lined, private driveway takes you past 5 acres of private woods on one side, and beautiful horse stables on the other (the only of its kind on Keuka Lake). Once you eventually make your way to the house, you will quickly be swept away by the custom woodwork and the warm, cozy feel of this lakeside cottage.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances that includes a large island table for dinning & social gatherings with family & friends. A large living area anchored by a beautiful stone fire place with lots of comfortable & cozy furniture, including a great den/TV room to wind-down the day, take an afternoon nap, or just hang out during a thunderstorm.

The king beds are all new Simmons Beautyrest Black pillow tops with all new pillows & linens. Yet, the best feature of this home is the covered porch and the expansive back deck area where I guarantee you will spend almost all your time, from early morning coffee to the late summer night sunsets, and everything in between. Here guest will spend quality time relaxing or dining on the outdoor tables, cooking out on the gas grill sipping afternoon cocktails watching the boats go by.

There’s 120 feet of flat, pristine shale beach that includes a large firepit with chairs and all the wood you’ll need for nightly fires. There’s a large dock and a private swim platform, with rafts and floats, Sun Fish sailboat, several Kayaks, and a small row boat to enjoy daily adventures in the crystal-clear Keuka water. There’s a private volleyball/bad mitten court, and feel free to go feed apples to the horse located steps away from your front door.

THE ULTIMATE WINE TASTING GET-AWAY! This property is minutes from town, nestled at the base of Keuka Springs Vineyard on the coveted east-side of Keuka Lake. Literally walk up the hill and taste wine at one of the most decorated & prestigious wineries in the Finger Lakes- Winery of the year in 2016 and winner of three prestigious Governors Cups, not to mention the amazing view. Located 20 minutes to Geneva, 20 minutes to Hammondsport, 25 minutes to Watkins Glen, and minutes from a host of some of the most respected restaurants, wineries, & breweries, on Keuka and Seneca Lake! The property has four (4) bedrooms. Three (3) bedrooms have king size beds, and a bunk room with two (2) twins. Two of the bedrooms also have single twin beds. The property is ideally set up for 6 adults and 4 kids or 8 adults. There’s an additional little bunk house with 4 twins available to rent if needed.
