Escape to this charming, original lakefront property located on the northeast side of Keuka Lake in the quaint town of Branchport, NY. Perfect for multi-family gatherings, reunions, or extended stays, this property features two separate homes, offering flexibility, comfort, and plenty of space for everyone.

Main House – Lakefront
The main house sits directly on the water and boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups. Enjoy morning coffee, a sunset glass of wine, or a fun board game in the sunroom overlooking the lake. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample space for meal prep, and the large dining room table is perfect for shared family meals.

The second home is just across the private drive, offering additional privacy and space. It features 2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, a large living room, and a quaint, fully stocked kitchen. The front sunroom offers lovely views of the lake, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet morning.

As you make your way to the shoreline there is a set of stairs with 4 steps and a set of stairs with 12 stairs
Dock can accommodate 1 boat-If you plan to dock your boat, snap pictures of the dock and break wall current condition and share them in the Airbnb or VRBO chat with this message: "As requested, here are pictures of the dock in its current condition before we use it to dock our boat." YOU MUST BRING BUMPERS

This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 1 dog) . Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Failure to do so may result in an added fee of $100. Thank you

Location and outside area was great. House had a musty smell when originally entered, took a day or two to disappear. Plenty of space inside, except kitchen was tight with the table that was in it

Family Lake Week

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week on Keuka Lake at this property. Beds and bathrooms were plentiful, and the kitchen allowed many of us to work together to make meals. There were several roomy and comfortable spaces for people to work, read, play games and enjoy being with one another. Everyone especially enjoyed the glassed-in porch overlooking the water. The outside spaces were wonderful, too - both the patio by the house and the covered patio by the water. We rented kayaks and a paddleboard, and there was easy access in and out of the water. The dock also provided a great place to watch the meteor shower at night! The property managers responded quickly when we had questions, and came out to make repairs very quickly. We were impressed by the management group and really appreciated their care for the property. Thank you!

We definitely chose the right house for our family vacation. The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the house was large enough for everyone to spread out..but to be honest, most of the inside was not used since the outdoor space was so awesome! The kids fished and kayaked until bedtime and were able to ride their bikes around the private driveway. The cottage across the street was also perfect! We ran into one snag with the refrigerator, but the maintenance man came right out to try to fix it. He was a true gem and super helpful. We had the new refrigerator delivered the next day. The host was very responsive with all of our questions. We will definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful property and both homes were clean and comfortable for our family of ten adults and five children. The waterfront area with a pavilion and dock are great and we fished and swam and had bonfires. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, silverware and glassware but no condiments or spices. The management company does not deserve high praise. Our check-in was delayed because the keys to the second house were not where the directions stated and the representative had to track them down. The new refrigerator has an ice maker that was never plumbed so we had to go out for ice until the trays began to produce. The microwave is missing its revolving dish. None of the showers had soaps so we had to go out to buy them. One small towel and washcloth per person are not what you would expect at a property like this. One evening a circuit breaker blew and we had no electricity or a/c for the night. The errant breaker was tracked down in an upstairs closet the next day. These minor inconveniences were annoying but didn’t prevent us from having a great vacation.

Our large family of 16 (including kids from 1 year -18 years of age) thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property sitting on Keuka Lake. I communicated with the hosts via text and they were quick to respond to my questions from booking to arrival and check-in was a breeze. The main house gave us ample space to have everybody together for dining and together time. The little house was great for those who wanted a little more privacy in the evening and throughout the night. The lakefront was absolutely beautiful. Dock looks like it’s brand new. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans, plates, glasses, cups, everything you’ll need for a crowd vacationing together. We rented kayaks and a pontoon boat from Basin Marina, which is very close by. The kids enjoyed the ping-pong and the foosball in the basement. All was wonderful and we hope to return.

Maintenance information:

* Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for flooding, leaks, fires, sewage backups, and other urgent concerns.
* Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.
* Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and games from the yard.
* Snow-removal crews maintain multiple properties, so brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
