Pretty, very bright, recently renovated, very quiet and sunny studio located on the edge of La Salis beach and next to the marina.
The sandy beach just in front of the building has one of the most beautiful views of the Coast: the old Antibes and its ramparts, its port, the Fort Carré, the Baie des Anges and the Mercantour peaks.
The studio facing south, southwest faces the Cap d'Antibes and its gardens and is quiet and sunny all year round. From the dining table you see the small marina of La Salis.
You have a double bed and a sofa to relax.
The television is connected to a box which gives you access to numerous channels.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with two fireplaces, an oven (not microwave), a Nespresso machine, a toaster and a kettle.
In the cupboards there are the basic products for cooking as well as tea and coffee.
The washing machine is also a dryer (there is also a wall-mounted dryer on the terrace).
On the terrace a table with two chairs, an armchair and a lounge chair are at your disposal under a canvas blind which allows you to be in the shade at all times.
The shower room is new, bright and spacious: towels, soap and shampoo are available.
At the foot of the building facing the beach you will find a very nice pizzeria restaurant. A shuttle based in front of the building serves the city center, the station, the port and the Fort Carré every half hour.

Fully equipped and totally renovated in 2015, this bright apartment on the Antibes sea front will host two people comfortably.
Right accross the street is one of most beautiful beach and view of the French Riviera. The appartment is looking over the green forest and garden of the Cap d'Antibes. Because the studio is not above the street or the beach, it is quiet even during the high season. You can look over to the harbor from the side windows and balcony.
This apartment is bright and sunny all year round. A confortable double bed and a large sofa will allow you to nap, read or watch international program on the TV at the same time.
On the terrace an armchair and lounge chair and cushions are available.
In the kitchen: electric cooking plates, small oven (no micowave), kettle and toaster. an Nespresso coffee machine. Also available basic products (oil, salt, sugar, coffee and tea).
Brand new shower room with towels, shampoo and soap.
There is a large built in cupboard for your clothes with also an electrical fan, a hoover, a hairdryer, an iron and mini-iron board and an electric plug adapter.

At the bottom of the building there is a very nice Italian restaurant open all year round.
A few minutes walk along the beach, all the convenient stores are available: baker, grocer, news agent and bar, chemist ...
The beautifull Antibes old town with it's daily open air market, antique fair and museums is only a 15mn walk away.
Every half hour the bus that stop right in front of the building will take you to the other side of Antibes through the center of town. It also stops at the bus and train station.
