Step outside to the private patio of this ground level villa to lounge by the infinity edge pool or take a few more steps to the secluded white sandy beach and take in the beautiful turquoise water of the Caribbean.

This peaceful, private ground floor villa was remodeled in 2018, and has furnishings that complement it’s Mexican/Caribbean setting. The spacious master bedroom suite has a king size bed and sitting area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms that are newly updated with granite-topped vanities and tiled showers. The large living room area has a queen size wall bed that can be used if more than two beds are needed. Our fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and island, has all new stainless steel appliances including range, oven and microwave. Each bedroom and the living room have their own air conditioners but you can choose to use the ceiling fans and windows to enjoy the Caribbean breeze. For your outdoor dining, the patio has a table and four chairs. There are also two comfortable chairs for enjoying the ocean and poolside view out of the sun.
Or, take a stroll to the charming Puerto Morelos Town Square, only about 20 minutes away or .8 miles. There you can dine at one of the many excellent restaurants with a variety of international cuisines. Enjoy shopping at the grocery store, the fruit and vegetable market, and the daily fresh seafood market. You can check out the many interesting shops, including an artisan market where local artists and crafts people sell their unique goods. While in town you could book excursions for sightseeing, fishing, cenote swimming or snorkeling and diving excursions in the world famous Great Mayan Reef.

Puerto Morelos is conveniently located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. It is only 20 minutes from the Cancun International Airport. If you want to visit Cancun or Playa Del Carmen, they are just a short car, bus or cab ride away. After you have finished your day’s activities, you can return to your quiet and relaxing villa to enjoy a cool drink by the pool or take a siesta in the hammock on the patio and listen to the gentle sound of the waves of the beautiful Caribbean.

Ancient Mayan ruins and other Yucatan cities are nearby, as are golf courses and many water sports and activities. Excellent snorkeling is right out your door.
