Welcome to the fabulous south shore "gold coast " in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Located three miles (six kilometres) south of Puerto Vallarta, this condo is a mere ten minute drive along the ocean, on its own beachfront, and a great addition to this exquisite waterfront area.

The complex is, we believe, the finest of its type in Puerto Vallarta. On the beach level is featured a huge infinity pool that seems to end where the ocean begins. Next to the pool is a children's pool and spa. Also on this level is the gym, palapa dining room, and game room. With direct access to the beach and fresh water showers at beach side, swimming in the ocean is but a few steps away. The beach is protected by a private breakwater, creating a calm swimming area. The beach is also patroled by city lifeguards.

Our unit consists of 2100 square feet of outdoor terraces and indoor luxury. The living area and both bedrooms face the ocean; even the master bath has an ocean view of the passing boats from its own jacuzzi. The interior has been tastefully decorated by Kim Cawood, one of Puerto Vallarta's leading interior decorators, in a modern Mexican style. Each oceanfront bedroom has its own bath and extensive built-in closets. The fully-equipped kitchen features an ice maker, dishwasher, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker, lime press, dishes, knives, serving bowls, and silver.

The living area features a flat screen TV, Dvd/vcr player, Bose radio/CD player with iPOD docking sstation, tropical plants, and sleek rosewood furniture. The glass dining table is on the terrace with an unobstructed ocean view and lovely after dark lighting. With an oceanfront location, guests are treated to great cross ventilation by the ocean breezes and rarely need the central two zone air conditioning.

Although Puerto Vallarta is one of only two cities in Mexico with federally certified pure water, our building has its own triple filtered water system .

With golf, Scuba, surfing, snorkeling, sailing, jungle excursions, shopping, great restaurants, and great nightclubs in Puerto Vallarta and the Bay of Banderas region, come and enjoy a week or a month in this tropical, oceanfront paradise!

With a large ocean front infinity pool, it is a hard choice to decide between a swim in the ocean mere steps away or in the pool with its built-in tile chaise lounges. The pool is surrounded by large ocean front terraces with tables, chairs, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. At the top of the beach stairs are two fresh water showers to rinse off after your swim or walk on the beach. Guests may eat in the open air, ocean front palapa dining room which serves breakfast and lunch 6 days a week or have food delivered to your condo. Our unit also has two oversized teak lounges on our private ocean front terrace. So the hardest decision you have to make during the day is sun or shade, private or public terrace, ocean or pool!

Our complex is only 31 units and primarily residential so it has a feel of a private beach home. With every room having great ocean views, you can watch all the sea life that the Bay of Banderas has to offer: humpback whales, dolphins, shore birds, pelicans, frigate birds, and schools of fish.

Puerto Vallarta in the last 5 years has become the premier tropical resort destination on the west coast.
