Take a break from everyday life and start your adventure at the Carlin Ward Cottage! Coastal West Indies decor accompanied by African accents throughout bring an unparalleled element of culture & style to this 3 story beach abode. The common areas on the 1st floor are welcoming with an open concept. The front door opens onto one of many beach boardwalk paths, offering easy access to the shops & restaurants of Rosemary Beach but most importantly the beach!

The upper levels of the Carlin Ward Cottage feature organic textures & artwork in each of the 3 bedrooms. The master suite & guest bedroom are both located on the 2nd level of the home. The master suite offers a king bed, plus a large private balcony! The guest bedroom is cozy with a small private balcony and en-suite bathroom. Following the spiral staircase up to the 3rd floor, you'll encounter an open loft with 2 twin beds, treetop views, & flat screen TV. A nice sized courtyard is located just off the 2 car parking pad complete with 2 patio lounge chairs, a gas grill, and 4 complimentary adult bikes.

Rosemary at it’s best

The house is in the middle of Rosemary but on a quiet street away from foot traffic. Very comfortable.

Perfect location

This was a perfect location walking and biking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend this location for your family vacation. Only thing we could have used was beach chairs and umbrella's otherwise the house was perfect.

Perfect Location, everything you need!

Couldn't have asked for a better location, just a block away from shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfy, the board games were stocked. Thanks for the easy check-in!

Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect for our family, with its location right on the boardwalk we're able to get anywhere in Rosemary Beach in just a few minutes. The house was clean, plenty of linens and shower supplies including the outdoor shower. The property manager communicated well and there were no problems accessing or using the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Carlin Ward for a week with our two senior corgis and toddler. It had all the comforts of home and (obviously) so many additional perks with proximity to the beach and the center of everything going on in Rosemary. We had a wonderful, "slow" week away from the rushing and hustling of everyday life. Morning bike rides, walks around the neighborhood with the dogs, afternoon pool and beach days, and too many trips to the coffee shop. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful place, great location!

I hosted a group of 8 girls for a friend’s bachelorette party at this location. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and exactly as the listing depicted. The check-in process wasn’t the easiest I’ve ever done, but the host was extremely responsive both with calls and messaging. The best part was the location!!! We were a 2-3 minute walk from the main downtown area! Overall, we had a great stay!

The property itself was just as shown. We really enjoyed the house. Unfortunately, the listing is not as accurate as it could be and or explained by the property manager. The listing clearly indicates gym access without disclosing a 25 per day fee. I would understand if I was not staying in a Rosemary house, but we were. If this was disclosed in the actual paperwork maybe that would be ok. The property manager acknowledged the listing was poorly worded but not willing to do anything to assist.

Great house

The house was great. Checked out on Sunday, I wish I had known that you cannot access beach on after checking out . I had chairs and umbrellas rented for the entire day and didn’t have a way to access beach. Rental company and chair company should let out of town guests know that ahead of time.
