Magnolia Pines is a beautiful industrial farmhouse home located inside the quiet, gated, retirement community of Holly Lake Ranch. It has everything you need to sleep 6 up to 15 in comfy beds. Our main house is a 2 bedroom/2 bath that sleeps 6. The bunkhouse is a separate garage apartment that is a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath that sleeps 10 (an add on of $150/night that will be charged after you book). For your convenience you can rent the main house or both structures. Since the bunkhouse does not have a kitchen we do not rent it on its own.

You can cuddle up and stay inside all weekend or venture out into the piney woods of East Texas and enjoy the numerous community amenities that Holly Lake Ranch has to offer. Our home is conveniently located just a block away from fishing, swimming pool, tennis, pickle ball, playground, walking trail, frisbee golf, putt putt golf, and a small sandy beach area to play in the lake. The 18 hole golf course, restaurant, and larger lake are within a 5 minute drive within the Ranch. We have equipment you can use while at our home. Holly Lake is a quiet community with the average resident being retired. This is not the place for a party weekend :)

Our main house has the living room with a tv, fully stocked kitchen, king master bedroom with full bath, and separate bedroom with 2 queens and a full bath. The Bunkhouse has a living area with tv, queen bedroom, and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs of the Bunkhouse has a king bedroom, bunk room with six twin beds, and a half bath. All lines and towels are provided. In addition to comfortable furnishings, our house offers two outside eating areas, fire pit with chairs, covered back porch, and a fenced in back yard with tall trees and room to kick or throw a ball around! There is Wi-fi and a washer/dryer for your use during your stay.

The perfect getaway for families! Lots of fun toys and space for the kids to play. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Screen porch was perfect for meals. Comfy, cozy space in the main house and bunk house with plenty of seating inside and out.

Our family loves the spacious kitchen/living area. The hammock, swing, ping pong table, etc...help to keep my grandchildren of all ages busy and happy. The screened-in porch is also nice to visit and relax in. And the house is decorated so cute!

Great Property

With three families (seven kids), having the bunkhouse was great! The house is conveniently located to the neighborhood amenities (pool, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed our stay!

The living/kitchen area was perfect for our family get-together, and the porches and patio were a nice addition as well. Beds were comfortable, but stairs to two bedrooms were difficult for some family members to navigate. It would have been good to know in advance about security gate protocol.

Great stay!

Beautiful and clean house that offers 2 separate areas to stay. Everything was labeled and super cute making us very comfortable. Lots of fun things to do at the house and in the area. Our kids had a blast!

Family get-away

Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our accomodations. Cooking, board games and puzzles at home...tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton, playground, rustic putt-putt, and the nice, big pool each day. Favorites were the great bunk rooms with toys & books and the big webbed swing in the front yard! Nice, big countertop for puzzling from both sides. We saw deer every early evening! A great stay!!!

Spring Break

We loved our stay at Magnolia Pines. The house and bunkhouse were perfect for our large group. The house was close to all the amenities. Our kids had a blast playing on the toys in the driveway. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Getaway

Family Getaway!

I stayed here with my family of 14 and it was absolutely perfect, there was more than enough room for everyone and we all had a great time! With all the board games, ping pong table, toys/balls there was never a “what do we do now” moment. Not to mention the host(s) were so welcoming, can’t wait to go back again!

Such a cute home in a safe and well kept neighborhood. The house itself is so well stocked, especially for the kiddos! Crystal was easy to communicate with and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. We had the best time and are looking forward to visiting again!

A spring break to be remembered

What a great place to enjoy spring break with our family! Beautiful house, great screened in porch, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the many places to sit in front and back porch. Lots of fun things to do just at the house. (Although there weren't any ping pong balls for the ping pong table) grill was great! Right sink in master bathroom drained slow. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Perfection

We enjoyed our time at Magnolia Pines so much! The house has everything you need and makes you feel right at home. My kids enjoyed the swing in the front yard and the proximity to the pool. The beds were very comfy and the bunk house was awesome! We enjoyed fishing and hiking the nearby trails. We will definitely be back!

A Great Time Was Had By All!

The house was so nice and comfortable - also great beds! The pool, clubhouse, and miniature golf were conveniently close. - We had our own family air hockey tournament! - Our hosts kept up good communication, so check-in and everything was easy. - We'll definitely consider staying at Magnolia Pines with the whole family again!

Quiet get away

We had a family vacation with a variety of ages. We had two young ones who stayed in the bunk room and LOVED the bunk room and playing with all the toys included as well as playing with board games in the main house. We enjoyed the amenities the property had. We swam, fished, hiked and visted the activity center. It was a nice quiet get away.

Awesome Stay for Families!

We loved our stay at Magnolia Pines! There was plenty of room for everyone in our group. We had five adults and five kids; the kids LOVED the bunkhouse! There were so many activities to do in the Holly Lake Ranch community, you'll never be bored! The farmhouse/rustic vibe of the house was darling! Crystal even left a personalized message on a letterboard that we so sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed our trip to Texas and this home was definitely the icing on the cake!

I grew up visiting my Grandparents in Holly Lake Ranch so when we decided to purchase a vacation rental...I knew this was the place. My husband and I live in East Texas with our four little kids. We get out here as much as possible to escape the real world and enjoy the piney woods. Our kiddos love all the fun things to do out here and we love sharing our home so others can fall in love with Holly Lake Ranch!

We were looking for a home to make "ours". This property was a blank slate that had multiple ways for us to comfortably accommodate a lot of our friends and family. My husband renovated most of the house himself and I had a ton of fun decorating it.

The house feels like a dreamy Instagram moment but what makes it great is all the things you can do while here. Holly Lake offers so many amenities that are fun for any age!
