This is a large home situated on the tip of Handy Point overlooking Red Brook Harbor. The house is orientated so that there are water views out of every room and positioned so you have perfect views of the sunrise and the sunset. There are over 2 acres of property which provides for plenty of privacy. This home is an ideal location for family vacations, reunions, golf and fishing outings.
If you choose to pay with a credit card there will be a 5% surcharge added, please contact us for other payment methods and pricing.

Golf: Numerous Golf courses in the area some are private, but there are plenty of public ones that are challenging.

Fishing / Boating: There is a marina nearby that has professional fishing charters as well as sunset or other cruises.

Wow what a beautiful stay in Cape Cod! This house is equipped with everything you need and the location is perfect for seeing all of the Cape, which we did! The hot tub and pool were heated and ready to go when we walked in the door! The sunsets from this waterfront home are STUNNING!! I can’t say enough about this easy to communicate with owner, and our 5 star stay. Do not hesitate to stay in this classic cape cod home!!!

Better than described for the perfect vacation

My husband and I were looking for a house right on the water close to great restaurants, beaches and golf for our friends and family to visit. This was the perfect location and did not disappoint. It had all amenities including toliet paper! It was very clean inside and out. The owners promptly returned e-mails and phone calls and could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The size of the rooms and the pictures were a true representation. The outdoor space was beautiful. To swim in the pool, overlooking the ocean, was really amazing and something you don't find often, if ever. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation that has everything you want in one location and is convienently located ...even to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry.

Wonderful family vacation.

The house was amazing. The hosts were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to insure our comfort. With eleven people, there was more than enough room for each to do their own thing and come together every night for dinner. There were multiple amenities-a great pool and fantastic views-something for everyone. A wonderful time !

Amazing Location & Property

This property is almost too nice! Our family has been vacationing on Cape Cod for many years, usually renting houses located mid-Cape, so Falmouth was a new location for us. We were looking for a house that was spacious and would allow the family to gather for meals in a comfortable setting. This property does that and more. The first floor has oversized living and dining rooms with spectacular views of the marina and inlet. The breakfast room seemed to be a favorite for having morning coffee and planning the day. The bedrooms are all spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms. The downstairs has a large entertainment area that has a billiards/ping pong table, as well as a large sectional couch with large TV screen. The Pacman game station became more and more completive during our stay. Outside has a lovely pool and access to a private jetty. As we had great weather each day, no one wanted to leave the house to explore or go shopping. Like mentioned above – maybe the house is too nice as you don’t want to leave! Lastly, our host was excellent. Checked in with us when we first arrived and let us know about a fireworks show across the bay.

Wonderful Experience

Amazing house with a location that can’t be beat. More than enough rooms to celebrate a family reunion. Great game room for the kids and adults alike. Matt went out of his way to make our stay special.

Perfect for large family groups.

The house is huge! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and feeding a crowd. There are all sorts of activities on the property in addition to the pool including ping pong, pool, horse shoes, corn hole, games and puzzles. There are tennis courts in the neighborhood and it is a 2 minute walk to a small beach area. The beach on the property is rocky but perfect for launching canoes. Matt was great to rent from as he quickly responded to our questions.

great vacation

Our extended family really enjoyed our vacation at this house. Pool and hot tub are great and perfectly situated with beautiful harbor background. Also indoor amenities like pool table/ping pong/shuffleboard and large screen tv. Hosts very helpful and accomodating.

Amazing family vacation in this quintessential Cape Cod home

We had an amazing time in the Cape staying and enjoying this wonderful home. The house had so many well finished rooms that 11 of us were comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the views from every room of the bay with the boats and partook in using the hot tub and pool many times. The kitchen and industrial size fridge snd freezer made it perfect to cook all our meals and being able to sit down as a family around a single table was just perfect. Matt and Soraya were excellent hosts answering any questions we had and helping making our stay the most enjoyable. We especially loved sitting around in the pool level room watching movies on the huge flat screen tv and playing games, pool, table tennis, video games, and shuffle board. This is a must have vacation spot for a large family group in a perfect neighborhood close to attractions around the area.

Gorgeous & Comfortable Escape

Our family spent a lovely and memorable week at this gracious oceanfront home. The layout was well designed, with oversized living spaces and amazing water views. There is considerable space for guests to spread out and enjoy themselves. The generous-sized bedrooms were comfortable, and it was a huge plus to have so many bathrooms! We loved having the harbor views and watching the boating activity right front, which was entertaining while far enough away to ensure privacy as well. We stayed with my in-laws, and the kids loved the downstairs area (complete with pool table, ping pong, huge TV & viewing couch, kitchen & bar and an amazing juke box) when taking a break from the pool and hot tub. The nearby grocery stores, cafe and restaurants were also a plus. The owners were gracious and extremely responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended -- we will be back for sure!

Perfect Paradise

This vacation house was too good to be true. The location is breathtaking. The home is spacious with plenty of activities for people to entertain themselves with. The owners were very responsive and friendly. One of our best vacations.

Impeccable views surround this ample family vacation home.

This amazing home is set up to impress and gives all your guests plenty of space to enjoy themselves. Cozy sitting areas with a harbor view, Osprey fishing,or a game of pool await. And then there's the Pool. Tons of fun and a great place to wear out the kiddos;)! The two immense great rooms were our hang out areas. Everyone loved watching baseball on the giant tv and the Ms PAC Man game was a hit!!! Omg, and then the record playing juke box!!! We have so many wonderful stories of enjoying this wonderful, comfortable space. Matt and Soraya are fabulous to work with and we Thankyou for your Hospitality! If you are looking for a large rental on the Cape, This ones for YOU!!

Simply wonderful!

We rented 87 Elgin Road for an extended-family holiday. It couldn't have been more perfect. The house happily accommodated 11 people ages 15 to 88 and was fabulous for entertaining another 9 family members from nearby. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything helpfully labelled. The outside space is great for both lounging around (plenty of privacy) or hosting a large barbeque. The views are magnificent from almost every room but particularly so from the large livingroom on the first floor. The location is great -- only 15 minutes from the Bourne Bridge so no slogging down Route 28 or Route 6 at peak travel time! We were fortunate with the weather but even our one rainy day was spent happily reading, playing pool or one of the many board games located in the family room downstairs. (The large TV was particularly appreciated by the younger family members.) Two tennis courts a 2 minute walk away proved a real plus. The owners, Matt and Soraya, couldn't have been more helpful and had clearly thought of everything to make their guests' stay enjoyable, The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and very easy to maintain, even with loads of guests. The Chart Room (a 5 minute walk away) is highly recommended -- particularly their famous Mudslides! We have rented in the area for several years and have sampled many different houses-- 87 Elgin Road is our firm favourite! Highly recommended.

Pocasset Paradise

We rented this home for our annual family reunion. The place was amazing and I found the owners to be extremely hospitable and generous with their time and home. The house is extremely well maintained with very large rooms, so we never felt crowded even though we were 6 families! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equiptment and there was lots of seating, which was great since we cook in almost every night. We also love this location of the cape. It is less crowded than most parts and just really beautiful with the old homes, winding roads, and walking paths. We loved being on the water, and were able to leave a boat at the marina next door and zip to beaches and waterski at our leasure. All in all, it is a great spot!
