Welcome to the Bayview Tower! Master bedroom ensuite; second bedroom ensuite (both with luxurious natural stone environs and shower surrounds), 8th floor, open floor plan unit with furnished and screened balcony, unit adjacent to the world-class, Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa, a four star, four diamond rated resort, with 6 choice eating facilities: award winning Courtside Steakhouse, Tarpon House (in or outdoor seating overlooking the pool and bay), Charlie's Cabana showcasing brilliant sunsets, the poolside snack hut, dinner cruises on the 95' Harbour Princess yacht, and bakery and coffee shop in hotel lobby. The Resort is situated on a private, bayside peninsula of 85 acres of lush, tropical, unspoiled, San Carlos Bay waterfront with walking trail, off the Gulf of Mexico. Spa and fitness center, tennis & basketball/pickleball facilities, owned and managed by the Resort, may be available at extra cost and availability.

Situated at waters edge the unit has truly unobstructed, panoramic views of Sanibel, Captiva, Pine, and numerous preserve islands.

Enjoy the many amenities or area attractions or, just enjoy quiet times walking our private beach or jogging trail, or just gazing out over the bay and islands from our large, private, furnished lanai (balcony) to often spot dolphin, manatee, eagles, and other birds and wildlife. It seems you can almost reach out and touch them!

Bay views from every room! and a western orientation for those glorious sunsets! Use our blender to make your favorite island drink, relax, and enjoy!

The naturalist can also visit and explore the J.N. "Ding" Darling
National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island which offers wildlife viewing by walking, biking, or driving over a 4 1/2 mile nature trail. The Sanibel Causeway begins 100 yards from our entrance road.

Much larger public beaches abound in our area: Sanibel or Captiva Islands or Fort Myers Beach.

Family getaway

Henry went above and beyond when our vacation took a turn of events with the recent hurricane, communication is key and he helped out my family safety at easy, thank you again for the stay and kindness. Beautiful property!

Great View?

Loved spending time on the balcony looking at the causeway for many boats passing through. Condo was just as described. Thought it was a good value.

Perfect Location

Beautiful views, excellent location, right next to Sanibel and Captiva causeway, close to Ft. Myers, grocery store, just perfect all around. My sister and I had a great time. Henry and his wife are very nice and easy to work with. We had a great time and would stay there again.

The condominium complex was wonderful the grounds were beautiful and the pool was fabulous. Henry was wonderful and took care of a small issue quickly. I would recommend his place and we hope to go back again!

Wonderful winter get away

This condominium complex was perfect location for a winter break. Located close to all the essentials. Lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and sunset views. Very nice small beach, walking trails and access to resort. Owner provided lots of instructions and was responsive to questions.

Great view!

This lovely condo has a great view and all the comforts of home to make your vacation enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the boats and dolphins and watching the sunset. The pool and grounds are well maintained. It is also close to several good restaurants and Sanibel Island.

We have been holidaying at both Bay and Harbour view for the past 10 years, first time after Ian. Everyone has done a great job getting back to normal. Henry was a great host and reacted quickly with any problems. The apartment was in good condition which could benefit from an update in the main bedroom, we found the bed small with burgandy bed sheets. Burgandy decor followed on into the bathroom, the toilet pan was unusually small / low which my wife found difficult to use due to her recovering from replacement knee surgery, she used the second bathroom which had been remodelled. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful condo and great location

My husband and I and two of our adult children stayed here for a week in May. The location was perfect--just as the pictures show you are right on the beach. It was an easy drive to Sanibel Island, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and would certainly rent it again if we return to the Fort Myers area.

Three of us lifelong friends visited last week. We had an amazing stay! What a beautiful place including the gorgeous view from the great screened in deck! The home is furnished very nicely and very clean! Henry's responsiveness was wonderful from the very moment we booked! We definitely recommend and will return again!

Perfect for family vacation

This was a really perfect condo for our family. Very clean and comfortable space with an unbelievable view that doesn’t get old! My kids loved the pool and we spent many hours there everyday. Henry was extremely helpful and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat.

PERFECT 4TH OF JULY GETTAWAY!

Gorgeous, private retreat

This condo was located at the base of the Sanibel bridge which made it super convenient when you wanted to go to multiple beaches, like Fort Meyers Beach, Lover's Key, Captiva, etc. It also had a small private beach and pool for when you didn't want to venture far. Henry was very quick to respond when I had questions. I would highly recommend renting from him again.

Nice view

It was nice location, didn’t like the open air to get to unit. Needed extra pots and pans and softer bathroom towels. Overall very nice for the price. My daughter and I enjoyed it.

Great condo!

We love this well appointed, well equipped condo with a beautiful view. It feels very spacious and brings the outdoors inside with the sliding glass doors to the screened porch. The building and grounds (pool and beachfront) were nicely maintained, and we enjoyed all the walking trails and even got a temporary membership at the Marriott gym. The location is perfect for day trips to Sanibel and Captiva and convenient to grocery stores and great restaurants. 👍👍

What a great place to spend your vacation

We had a sisters' vacation and we so happy we chose this condo. The spacious and open layout was great. Sure beat staying in a confining hotel room. We loved the screened balcony and enjoyed eating breakfast as we watched the pelicans put on a show. The owner was great to work with and supplied very useful information on local restaurants and places of interest. The condo was clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags and laundry soap. The pool was great and not crowded. Loved everything about it.

All that was advertised and more. Unit 833 was very clean and well appointed. Very tasteful decor; very comfortable bed; both bathrooms are extremely high end. Great views of Sanibel Harbor and if you're a boating enthusiast, this is the place to be. Take some time to enjoy the views to the east as well. A great panorama of Ft. Meyers and Naples to the South.

We are mid-westerners who are enjoying our retirement lifestyle. We live minutes away from the Resort and frequently spend time at the condo. We do some travel, recently retired our motorcycle rides, enjoy drives in our vintage Corvette, golf, quiet walks, love the arts (dinner theatres, etc) cook , read, and enjoy family and friends. Our condo is one of our most favorite places for a change of pace! The beach, the tiki hut next door, the heated pool and hot-tub; the piece and quiet. For livelier times Sanibel is just over the causeway, Fort Myers Beach is a 10 minute drive, and Fort Myers proper, about 25 minutes drive, makes for a lovely downtown shopping, and quaint cultural excursion!

We fell in love with the area in the early 90's while visiting a friend's home. Upon discovering the Sanibel Harbour Resort, I knew that I had to someday own there.
My first impression of the Resort was the beautiful 1/4 mile, winding, tree-lined, private road leading into the Resort.
Upon seeing the openess of the condo units for the first time with their view of the bay, preserve islands, and sunset orientation we knew we had found our little spot of heaven on earth!

Close to whatever you may want; downtown Fort Myers (unique, historic area & Thomas Edison & Henry Ford estates (20 min), Fort Myers Beach (15 min), Sanibel Island (100 yards to the causeway), restaurants on site & close by, shopping, golfing, Bayview Tower's
privatebeach (or others within minutes), fishing, boating (Resort offers a 95' yacht - dinner and sunset cruises, etc are available).
