Beach front condo in a resort setting .
Spectacular setting and view over private beach at Sanibel Harbour Resort. Westward facing to enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the San Carlos Bay.

Updated condo. Recently newly furnished in including all new mattresses. Tile flooring throughout.

Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane.
POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment!
Guests have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.

Designer styled beach themed condo. Living room, overlooking private beach and water : new queensize sleeper sofa, and loveseat, large wall mounted flat screen tv.

Dining room - new dining table and chairs - seats 6.

Kitchen - fully equipped including washing machine and dryer (installed Jan 2021)

Master bedroom - new kingsize bed with new mattress Master bedroom is beach/bay facing and with direct access to front terrace/lania. Wall mounted flat screen tv.
Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub

Guest bedroom - 2 new twin beds with new mattress. Wall mounted flat screen tv. Located next to second bathroom

Screened lania overlooks the Bay and beach.

Free access to the condo pool, hot tub and private beach - all for the exclusive use of owners and rental guests. Barbeque grill on site.

Jogging/walking trail winds through the resort.

Condo has smart tvs and high speed wifi. Free parking.

Located adjacent to the 4 star Marriott Resort and Spa at Sanibel Harbour. Short walk to The Spa, Resort restaurants and bars, dinner sunset/brunch cruise boat ... Access to Marriott Resort and Spa facilities is possible via Guest Pass (additional fees to be paid directly Marriott - daily, weekly, and monthly rates ) subject to availability. Reservations recommended for spa treatments, restaurant dining, sunset cruises, facility guest passes.

Water sport rentals are located on site (including boat, kayak, wave runners, paddle boards, fishing equipment)

Large supermarket and outlet shopping located about one mile away. Good and varied selection of restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Owner has other condos at Sanibel Harbour including 2bedroom units and a 3 bedroom unit.

We had the best day possible! The condo was super beautiful and very well furnished. The cleaning crew is amazing and did an excellent job. We brought our two small children down for a quick vacation and we absolutely enjoyed the beach in the pool. The beach was the perfect size for us as it was not overwhelming and very easy to get to and from. The pool was super nice and had great areas of shade and sun. We spent so much time there enjoying ourselves in the water. There were lots of great restaurants and close proximity. I will absolutely recommend this place to other others. Our house was great and super responsive and made check in and out very easy. Highly recommend.

Everything about this place was top-notch! We came with my in-laws to celebrate New Year’s, and it was just the perfect spot for us. Especially enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. This place is well stocked and the amenities were great! You can tell that the house really put a lot of effort in the little touches that we had. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great view. Quiet location.

My sister and I loved this condo and were sad to leave. The view is amazing and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The breezes off the gulf keep it cool and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. We definitely will come again.

Very nice condo

We have stayed at the nearby Marriott many times. The location is terrific for us having family nearby. The condo and the host Lori were both very nice. We would stay again.

Amazing condo

We stayed for a week with 3 young kids ages 3-7 and the condo was great; location, cleanliness, communication with the owner, and amenities. The pool and beach front were great and we had family we visited in Sanibel and the location was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! Every morning we watched the dolphins that came within 10 feet of shore. There was a small quiet beach and the area was perfect! Would certainly stay agaiN!

Wonderful quiet vacation spot.

This condo was nicely decorated with a pretty view of the harbor. The property was lush and tropical. The bathrooms need renovation and the beds were very firm.

Gorgeous place, we loved it

I do a sister trip every year with my sister & my daughters. This place was everything we needed & more. The rooms were so spacious & very clean, we all slept well in the most cozy beds. We loved the location as it was close to pool & beach. The scenery was breathtaking. I will be back for my girls trip with friends...

Wonderful condo with gorgeous views

The condo is exactly as described. Very spacious with modern furniture and decorations. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The views of the bay were very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. The causeway to Sanibel Island was very close and convenient. Lori was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond when we had questions.

Wonderful updated condo on the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit! It is updated with beautiful beach colors. From the screened in lanai, you have a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway with all the boats going by! There’s a great pool and a beach right out front too. We really had a great Spring break here!
