Beachfront Stunning Corner Condo- Amazing Water views on Private Beach of Resort

Located at Sanibel Harbour, this condo is the perfect get- away spot for relaxing at the beach and pool and enjoying all that the Florida Gulf coast has to offer.
The unit was recently fully renovated.

Guests have access to condo building pool & hot tub spa (new pool deck and pool furniture- installed in June 2024) and our private beach. Sunloungers are set out on both the pool deck and beach.
Pool and beach are footsteps away.

Watch the dolphins and enjoy stunning sunsets over San Carlos Bay from this 4th floor corner (south/west) condo and spacious L-shaped wrap around lania. Enjoy morning sunshine while watching the dolphins splashing and evening sunsets over the water from this extra spacious lania terrace.


We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa. Access is possible via a guest pass (additional fees apply) to the facilities including additional pools, beaches, tennis, fitness centre and the 40,000 square foot spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft/ kayak rentals, a private fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site.

Spectular views from within the condo and the enclosed lanai. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo is presented beautifully with a full fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lovely presented living room with water view.

Comfortable living room with queensize sleeper sofa, loveseat, wall mounted television and spectacular water views to be enjoyed.

If needing to keep up with work, beautiful functional desk is located within the living area. High speed internet.

The condo was recently renovated and updated with new furniture throughout.

New sliders installed in 2024.

The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge).

Kitchen was fully renovated with new tile flooring, new cabinets and granite countertops. Washing machine and dryer in the closet hidden away in corner of the kitchen

The master bedroom (with king size bed ) leads to the front lanai. Bedroom has new furniture and new wall-mounted flat screen tv. The recentl renovated En-suite bathroom includes a beautiful, spacious walkin shower, granite countertop with 2 sinks/wash basins and plenty of bathroom storage draws and undercounted space.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed - this bedroom sleeps 3 ! Room has a wall mounted television and large closet.

The second bathroom was renovated with new tiling, cabinet, and granite countertop...) includes a full bathtub/shower , large counter and sink and plenty of storage space.

This unit sleeps 6 as living room has a queensize sofa bed.

On- site management team oversee this property. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.

Ideal condo for relaxing. Pool, hot tub and private beach all on property. Restaurants close enough to walk to. Sanibel island is a five minute drive. Loved our stay.

Fun stay

Nice condo with tv’s in the bedrooms and nice pool. We had an issue with the dryer and dishwasher and called maintenance and they were repaired right away. We left a message about a slow drain in the guest bath but didn’t hear back from them but it was no big deal. Great place to stay with views to the west and south. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the Condo and the area

We loved the condo and the spectacular views/sunsets from the balcony. Pool and beach were very nice, and we loved the walking trails across the street. We will be back!

Great view and beautiful condo

The condo was very nice and the view was great. It had everything we needed. The beach was sandy but the kids couldn’t swim in the water because of all the debris still coming from the hurricanes. But they were able to play a lot in the sand and watch the boats

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

The hostess was lovely and the entire process was flawless. The view from this corner condo was extraordinary. This 2 bedroom had everything we needed and was close to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach, food and shopping. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and property! Having the Marriott next door was nice for coffee and meals here and there. The property mgt company and the owner Lori were so responsive to our couple of requests and we really appreciated that! Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment and building were spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The property managers were very responsive. The sunset view from the wraparound balcony is stunning and nearby Sanibel Island is beautiful and great for walks. We even saw dolphins from the balcony!

A beautiful spot to enjoy Sanibel and Captiva

This is a lovely and well appointed condo. We were there with our two granddaughters and the space was perfect. The lanai overlooking the pool and the water was extra special. A beautiful view and a restful spot for morning coffee. The owner checked in frequently and was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely plan a return trip to this condo!

We had just a short refreshing girls trip. Host was amazing. Property was exactly as described. Allowed us to have fun and relax on the lanai in the evenings. This will probably be a yearly event!

IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF..

It was beautiful to see..but looks can be deceiving.Building and location were clean. The condo had the appearance of clean at first glance.i’m sorry to say the furniture the rugs the bed coverings were filthy. There was not ONE COMFORTABLE BED out of three and the couches and chairs offered none either Lack of toilet paper etc tiny white bars of soap UGH Left 3 days early

Sanibel Harbor

The condo was very nice with incredible views from the wrap around balcony. The pool was nice and warm. The private beach is very nice although it is a little bit small. It did not get very crowded though. The property has some nice walking/running paths as well. The location of the property was very convenient with it being located right next to the bridge to Sanibel Island and also within about 10 minutes drive to Fort Myers Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful unit, exceptional view.

We were very happy with the corner unit. Clean and decorated well. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking or entertaining. View was outstanding. No problems with check in or out process. Pillows on the master bed were very cheap and flat. Marriott Hotel was a very noisy neighbor, but we get up early anyway.

clean - and wonderful in many ways

We stayed for a week. It was a last-minute booking, Lori, the owner was very, very helpful - and available by phone, text, and app. The Great: it's very clean, well maintained. The view to the west is amazing - especially sunsets. It was nice and quiet with the patio doors closed and at night. The bath towels are new, fluffy, and there are many. The kitchen is well equipped. The building is clearly newly renovated - and very clean. The TV's are great - all the apps are available. The lounges on the beach are new and nice. The building's pool and facilities are brand new, and very well cleaned and maintained.The beach is very quiet. There are no waves. It is almost like a lagoon. Great for kids to play safely on the shore. Be prepared (not so great): there's nothing for a welcome package. No coffee, filters, creamer, etc. The paper goods quality is very poor. If you're staying a long time, bring your own. There's only small 'hotel' soap in each bathroom. The view to the southeast is the hotel next door - including the back side. It can be noisy. The building's pool is just below the room. It can be joyfully noisy with kids; sometimes just loud with adults. The property manager wouldn't talk to us. Her first answer to any text or call from us was essentially a 'NO!' even to calling us back. We did get what they thought we asked for, thanks to Lori. We'd give it a 4. Maybe higher if the manager had been helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed this clean and spacious condo for our weeklong stay. This little private beach feels like a well kept secret treasure! The sand is soft and the water was warm and shallow. Perfect for relaxing.

Beautiful quiet condo with pool/beach and amazing harbor view!

This updated condo was the perfect place to rest and restore! Close to everything and a block away from the Sanibel Island Bridge. The wrap around screened in balcony had amazing views all day long. Having the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort next door was also a bonus. The owner, Lori, was a joy to work with! Already rebooked for our next trip to Fort Meyers.

We purchased our first condo at Sanibel Harbour Resort in 2008. Fell in love with the Resort after a few vacations to the area.
We now own 6 other condos at Sanibel Harbour.
We now have had the furtunate opportunity to spend most of the year here and are highly involved the the management of the rental condos. Lori serves on the Building Board Association to ensure the property remains an enjoyable place for us, our fellow owners and our guests.
