Highly sought after, 4 bedroom, 4 bath Mountaineer townhome, spread out among 3 levels, sleeps 10! Enjoy the private hot tub from your deck while taking in the fresh mountain air or head to the communal outdoor pool right across from the property (only for guests staying at Memories on Mountaineer, not friends of guests!).Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and during ski season. With a full size 2 car garage to store your cars and gear in, winter or summer this property is spectacular!! Looping shuttle during the ski season makes getting to the slopes a breeze!

Lower level includes the 2 car garage, entryway, 1 ensuite bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 ensuite bedroom with 1 day bed with a trundle and 1 twin bunk bed (sleeps 4). 2nd level hosts the main living space, dining room and kitchen with the deck and the NEW private hot tub. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a private door to the full bathroom which also has access from the living space. The full size washer and dryer are on this level. Walk up to the 3rd level, and you are standing in the loft area overlooking the living room. Then turn into the large primary bedroom with a quiet seating area to enjoy along with your own private bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub.

Memories on Mountaineer is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Two car garage with room for two more cars parked directly outside of the garage. No room for over-sized vehicles, no trailers or RV's allowed. No additional parking allotted, no additional guests allowed to come to the common areas of the property, i.e. the pool/ hot tub, grassy areas.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
